We were very happy with our stay. The owner and the guy in charge of the house were very kind. They lent us some kayaks and we took advantage of the area by the sea, which is very quiet. The rooms are very nice, and the area is perfect for going with children.

An excellent place to rest and enjoy with family or friends. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The ocean views and sunsets are spectacular, and the pool was one of our favorite spots during the stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and communication with the host was very good.

Very nice place, excellent for getting away from everyday life and taking a break. Besides the beach access, there is another public beach super close to the house. The property is large, so you will always have a space to yourself if you wish, and you can do various activities. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Playa Blanca in Coyolito. The house itself is absolutely beautiful—private, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we loved every moment we spent there. Francois was an excellent host. He was very responsive, communicated clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only downside was the road leading to the property, which was quite rough and difficult to navigate. Because of this, we highly recommend bringing everything you might need in advance, as going back and forth can be challenging. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and give it 4 stars!

Our stay at villa casa blanca was good. We really enjoyed the pool and nice peaceful outdoor area. We loved that there were no mosquitos in the area. The speaker was useful as well. We did notice the bathrooms and kitchen were quite dirty. In the pictures it showed a beach front but the beach was dirty and we weren’t able to swim in it. There’s not much close by. You have to drive about 10-15 min to get to a supermarket /restaurants. there was a restaurant that delivered directly to the house so we ordered from there during our stay.

Staying at this house was a wonderful experience! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for my family. We had an excellent time, especially enjoying the kayaks. Francois was a fantastic host; very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this place! The surroundings are beautiful and the view of the beach and Amapala is absolutely stunning :) definitely a highlight of the stay. It’s a peaceful and relaxing location, perfect for disconnecting. Getting there was a bit difficult, as the roads are in pretty bad condition, so be prepared if you’re driving. The main downside for us was the cleanliness. The sheets weren’t clean they looked like they haven't been washed for a while, the bathrooms had visible mold, and the kitchen appliances were very old, which felt disappointing considering the price. With a bit more attention to cleaning and updating the inside, this place could easily be top-tier. That said, the outdoor space and overall setting of the house are truly lovely and made our stay memorable. :) also kudos to the host for having a generator in the place.

Definitely recommend this place! It’s gorgeous and the host is responsive, roads aren’t the best but it was worth the drive 😍 Ocean view while swimming on the pool was the best! Definitely coming back next year !

Nice place. The house is very comfortable and has everything that is indicated in the information provided. Francois was very attentive and was always there for us. It is important to go in a high car since the street to the property is not suitable for low cars. My family enjoyed the house. The Gulf of Fonseca is magical and gave us spectacular landscapes.

A very good place to spend time as a family

Playa Blanca is an absolutely beautiful place. The property is located in a corner / mini bay near Coyolito and a short walk from Playa Blanca. The view is amazing and you can breathe in a lot of peace and quiet. The house is in good condition, green areas perfectly maintained, and exquisite taste in architecture. The pool is also impeccable and Francois' service is excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for those who want to spend a few days of total calm and relaxation on the south coast.

Playa Blanca es un lugar absolutamente precioso. La propiedad se encuentra en un rincón / mini bahía cerca de Coyolito y a escasos pasos de Playa Blanca. La vista es increíble y se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. La casa está en buen estado, áreas verdes mantenidas a la perfección, y un gusto exquisito en cuanto a arquitectura. Our stay at Casa Playa Blanca was spectacular, both my family and I did not have a minute to get bored; the house, the pool, the rooms, the bathrooms everything as described, both Francois and the staff that attends the property, all very attentive and quick to respond and clarify the doubts that were presented to us, the electricity supply was affected, and they have a generator on the property, we were made short of the stay, there are many options in the area, which we did not have time to meet, the amazing local gastronomy, the restaurants nearby you can make the order and they make it to you but very quickly, the access was a little complicated but the conditioning works are being executed, it is just a matter of time for this all in condition, we would certainly repeat our stay at Casa Blanca.

Nuestra estancia en la Casa Playa Blanca fue espectacular, tanto mi familia como yo no tuvimos un minuto para aburrirnos; la casa, la piscina, las habitaciones, los baños todo como se describe, tanto Francois como el personal que atiende la propiedad, todos muy atentos y rápido a la hora de responder y aclarar las dudas que se nos presentaron, se vio afectado el suministro eléctrico, y cuentan con un generador en la propiedad, se nos hizo corta la estancia, hay muchas opciones por la zona, que no nos quedó tiempo para conocer, la gastronomía local increíble, los restaurantes de las cercanías les puedes hacer el pedido y te lo hacen llegar pero con mucha rapidez, el acceso un poco complicado pero las obras de acondicionamiento se están ejecutando, es solo cuestión de tiempo para que  este todo en condiciones, sin duda alguna repetiríamos nuestra estancia en Casa Playa Blanca.

Francois place is great for a weekend getaway with friends or family. He’s very responsive and there’s always staff available cleaning the common areas like the pool. We felt very safe. It’s a bit tricky to find the property but he is very responsive and provides support with direction.

Everything was great. Despite the bad weather due to the rain, we were able to enjoy the property!

Francois was an excellent host and very attentive to our needs. Casa Blanca was just as described. We have a large family and Casa Blanca was spacious enough and then some! It was so nice to enjoy our vacation time here. Highly recommend bringing your family here. My only suggestion is bring a truck if you are able as the surrounding area is in development and the roads are difficult to navigate with a car.

A very spacious place, with many outdoor amenities. We had a little trouble with the water but the house staff was attentive and quick to take care of us.

Francois is an excellent host, very friendly and polite. Attentive to any questions I had during my stay.

The host is 5 stars; likewise, the assistant named Nelson was wonderful, always making sure that everything was fine. However, we believe that the property is missing several things based on the price: 1. They did not provide the complete set of towels 2. The door between the kitchen and the pool was a bit out of balance (it didn't close properly) and insects got in. It didn't have a screen. 3. The kitchen fan wasn't working 4. One of the gates at the bottom was not working, which could allow other outsiders to enter the property. (Lack of security) 5. The TV wasn't working 6. More kitchen utensils are needed (especially the coffee maker) 7. Better cleaning and/or maintenance of the pool is recommended. 6. Overall, the house needs more maintenance. Things we liked: 1. The property is as advertised. 2. I liked the barbecue area, and the sound system worked well. 3. The rooms are OK

Sin embargo, creemos que en la propiedad le hace falta varias cosas basado en el precio: 1. No entregaron el set de toallas completas 2. La puerta entre la cocina y la pisicina estaba un poco desbalanceda (no cerraba bien) y se metian insectos. No tenia red 3. El ventilador de la cocina no funcionaba 4. Uno de los portones de la parte de abajo no estaba funcionandoo, pudiendo permitir que otras personas ajenas entraran a la propiedad. (Falta de seguridad) 5. Televisor no funcionaba 6. Aseo de utencilios de cocina le faltaba un poco (Especialmente la cafetera) 7. Se aconseja mejor aseo y/o mantenimiento de piscina. 6. A nivel general, la casa necesita mas mantenimiento. Cosas que nos agradaron: 1. La propiedad es como fue anunciada. 2. Area de asado me gusto y el sietema de sonido funciono bien. 3. Cuartos OK

Lovely property. Very quiet location. The street has been in that condition for many years. So a passenger car is not recommended. The house is beautiful. As a recommendation, if you are bringing children and plan to cook (and not buy food all the time), bring the basics such as salt, oil, napkins, aluminum foil, and garbage bags, and bring water for drinking and cooking! There are the necessary utensils for cooking, and there is enough space in the refrigeration equipment for storage! The rooms are spacious. Beautiful grill area. The property is highly recommended for a family or group of friends.

Preciosa propiedad. Muy tranquila la ubicación. Calle desde muchos años a estado en esas condiciones. Así que un turismo no es lo recomendado. La casa es preciosa. Como recomendación si lleva niños y piensan cocinar ( y no comprar comida todos los tiempos ) llevar desde lo más básico como sal, aceite, servilletas, papel aluminio, bolsas para basura Y llevar agua para tomar y cocinar ! En utensilios hay los necesarios para cocinar y en equipo frío hay lo suficiente para almacenar! Habitaciones son amplias. Área de parrilla preciosa. Súper recomendada la propiedad para familia o grupo de amigos.

Amazing stay in Semana Santa 2023 , I think they could take better photos , since in person it is much nicer than in photo , we were 5 days super well and we were 12 people completely comfortable , I recommend watching the sunset of the island of the clams or the dead looks spectacular. The view from the house is spectacular! You can see the different islands in the area well, and the local beach is very nice and clean. The social area is quite comfortable and large and Francois gives options for different tours of the Gulf at a good price. Access is complicated, so you should go in car alto, preferably 4x4. A great place!

El área social es bastante cómoda y grande y Francois da las opciones de diferentes tours por el Golfo a buen precio. El acceso es complicado, por lo que se debe ir en carro alto, preferiblemente 4x4. ¡Excelente lugar!

Great communication with Francois! House was perfect with the pool, hammocks, two pavilions, and just great areas for hanging out with friends or family outdoors around the pool! We were getting there late at night but it was no problem as there is a property manager there to take care of you and help you out! Again, Francois has great communication. The house is right on the water with a dock, so we scheduled a boat to pick us up to take us to Tiger island. The only problem was that the tide was out and the boat was too big to grab us. I'll have to do better timing next time. For food, Francois gave us the number of local cooks and they were able to cook for us right at the house! It was awesome to have them bring the food and cook for us right there and it was delicious. They just asked what we wanted to eat and at what time. Couldn't be more perfect! The only downside to the place is that the road to get there is pretty bumpy. A truck would be best if that is an option.

The house is beautiful, the activities they offer are very good and the price is affordable. Very friendly people who take care of what you need. The only complicated thing is the access to get to the house, only with a high car but slowly you get there well. A nice place to visit… we will definitely be back.

Very comfortable home with good service. It is advisable to arrive in a high-riding car via the access road, which may sometimes not be in very good condition, but nothing that would really prevent us from getting there. Don Teófilo (the neighbor and cook) prepares excellent seafood and was also quite attentive.

The house is very nice and oceanfront which is a spectacle, has a lot of space and social area ideal for families and very quiet. We had a great time, the sunsets there are beautiful. You have to go prepared with a lot of repellent for the gnats and mosquitoes. Francois was very attentive to our arrival and the communication well fluid with, very good host! Teófilo took very good care of us and it's a relief to have him for the food, he prepares whatever you ask for! The house is highly recommended.

The property is as shown in the photographs, very nice with a spectacular view of the sea and the islands, a perfect pool for children and adults and different environments to share with the family. The rooms with AC in perfect condition, important because of the heat in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't need anything. Francois is a great host, very attentive to answering all our questions. We had a wonderful time, so I recommend it 100%.

The house is very nice as my 4 year old daughter says "a 5 star hotel" a 5 star hotel over the entire pool. Yes, the street to get there is rocky but with SUV and slow you can get there well. The house is next to the beach, so it's important to bring repellent and if you have small children with Vitamin B a few days before, a matter fixed. La casa es muy bonita como dice mi hija de 4 años "un hotel de 5 estrellas" sobre toda la piscina. Si la calle para llegar es rocosa pero con SUV y despacito se llega bien. La casa queda a la par de la playa por eso es importante llevar repelente y si tienen niños pequeños con Vitamina B unos dias antes, asunto arreglado. Gracias Francois por compartir la casa un lugar ideal para compartir en familia, descansar y pasarla bien.

We enjoyed our 4-day stay here! The location, pool, and view are as advertised. Spectacular sunsets and easy access to the water. The pool is shaded most of the day, which is wonderful for not getting sunburnt! The host did a great job of communicating promptly, and made sure that we knew to bring our own towels, bug spray, and an adequate vehicle to navigate the rough road. A couple of things to note: - There was no drinking water provided. We asked for the property manager to get us some, but it must've been forgotten about or lost in translation. We were able to buy some bags of water from a near(ish) pulpería, thankfully, with our Spanish. - A few kitchen essentials were missing, including salt, pepper, hot pads, kitchen towels or paper towels. - I took bug spray to mean the kind you spray on yourself. It would've been a good idea to also bring pesticide for the ants. - Information about visiting Tiger Island and where to find water, snacks, etc. would've been really nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

It is recommended to go by high ground clearance vehicle due to the rains. Everything is in the property information

If you want to go to disconnect for a while with your friends, I recommend them full!

The place is worth visiting! The facilities are clean and functional! If you want to “disconnect” from everyday city life, this is the place! You also have the opportunity to go on boat trips and enjoy the islands near the house!
