El Principal
El Principal is a spacious one-bedroom suite on the second floor, overlooking the cascading infinity pool. It includes:

El Rheia
El Rheia is our coziest one-bedroom suite and features the largest private patio on the second floor. It includes:

Guest Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the following shared areas:

The main kitchen is closed. Each room includes a mini refrigerator and microwave, and additional tableware is available upon request.
During Your Stay
A housekeeper, groundskeeper, and night watchman are available to assist with immediate needs and help ensure your comfort. We are happy to provide as much or as little attention as you prefer.
House Policies
To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, please observe the following policies:
- Check-in is at 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- The pool closes at 10:00 p.m., when quiet hours begin.
- Complimentary air conditioning is provided at night while you sleep or rest.
- Outside visitors are not permitted at any time.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use an ashtray.
- The main kitchen is closed. Each room includes a refrigerator and microwave.
- Villa Arcadia is a luxury property in an exclusive area and is not suitable for excessive or noisy parties.

We loved our stay at Michael's place. It's a spectacular home in pristine condition with a view to die for. The rooms are well appointed and the shared spaces are lovely to relax and decompress. Michael was a great host, giving us his insider secrets to enjoying SJDS. We'll definitely be back!

This place is just beautiful! You notice the love for details the hosts have, plus the view over the bay is just spectacular. Apart from that Michael was a very attentive host, who was always available and had great tips for where to go. We will definitely come back and can only highly recommend this place and their hosts.

Michael's place was perfect for myself and my family. The house was absolutely gorgoeous, and the view was incredible! Michael was extremely friendly and helpful, providing many helpful local recommdations for activities and transportation. Highly recommend Michael's place if you are visiting San Juan area.

Villa Arcadia is absolutely beautiful, the view can’t be beat. Michael was super helpful with everything, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. I would definitely rebook if I was coming back to San Juan del Sur.

Muy bonito y agradable lugar, la vista a la playa es increíble, el acceso a la casa es fácil y se puede hacer desde cualquier vehículo, los anfitriones muy amables. Sin duda regresaría.
