About the Unit
This listing is part of a timeshare/private residence ownership. Availability is based on live inventory, so please inquire before booking. If the suite appears unavailable, feel free to contact me as I have access to a wide inventory. Conversely, if it shows as available, this does not guarantee the suite will be free until I confirm and book it on my end.

Ocean View
An ocean view room is not guaranteed. Upon arrival at the resort, you may request a beach-facing room, but availability depends on current occupancy. When availability is high, ocean view rooms are often provided at no extra charge. However, during peak seasons, there may be an additional fee for an ocean view suite.
If you specifically want a beach view, there is no absolute guarantee. The resort generally makes a good effort to accommodate requests. To secure an ocean view room, you will need to speak with the front desk upon arrival to learn about any upgrade costs.
Please note that room photos are samples; furniture arrangement and balcony views may vary depending on availability.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all resort amenities except for all-inclusive meals, which can be purchased separately at $150 per person per day (with a minimum of three days if booked in advance). Purchasing meals directly at the resort may vary in price.
There is a daily resort fee of $3.50 charged at checkout. Wi-Fi access is also an additional cost, approximately $10 per device per day.
For digital nomads, please be aware that internet strength may not be sufficient for high-bandwidth activities like Zoom calls. Past guests have found the following tips helpful for improving connectivity:
- Use travel routers such as GL.iNET GL-MT300N-V2 (Mango), TP-Link TL-WR902AC, RAVPower Filehub AC 750, GL.iNet GL-AR750S (Slate), GL.iNet GL-MT1300 (Beryl), or Netgear Nighthawk M1
- Use an external wireless card
- Connect to multiple networks
- Find the best spot in your room for signal strength
- Use a wired connection when possible
- Close unnecessary apps and plug in your laptop

- Shuttle reservations must be made at least three days before arrival. Same-day requests are generally not accepted.

- Trip planning assistance is offered, including activity bookings, event tickets, and restaurant reservations. Note that some resort restaurants operate on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

Krystle was so easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as described. We had an amazing time. I highly suggest staying here with children! Makes vacation life so easy with the two rooms, kitchenette and laundry!

Beautiful condo stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammock, the many pools, and the easy beach access. Booking and communication with Krystle was a breeze. Garza Blanca Resort was perfect for a family getaway. 10/10 would recommend.

My kids and I went for a week at this beautiful hotel and we had a blast. I could not expect more than that. We all enjoyed so much the facilities. It was sparkling clean, the food was gourmet and the view to dream. I will definitely return to that amazing resort. I can't thank Kristle enough for being so helpful and available on the spot. It is a remarkable place with a remarkable host. Can't wait to go there again . Thank you Kristle!!!
