Stunning 6.9 acres beachfront property in the private beach community of SeaCliff where the only sounds you’ll hear are those from the sea, the breeze, and the birds. You will find a 50s cottage, with an extra-large roofed terrace, a swimming pool, and a railed overlook, with a superb view of the ocean. You will be able to go back to a simple life with all the comfort and amenities of today. The space This is a family’s get away home that has been in the family for over fifty years. Great memories have been made here! And we hope you will create some too! The roofed terrace is at the top of the hill overlooking the ocean and is the place where you will spend most of your time. There are hammocks, a seating area, a dining table, a built in BBQ grill with a small sink and counter space to cook some great meals together. There is a separate bathroom easily accessible from the terrace in an adjacent structure. The cottage is to the side of the terrace. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area. Towels and linens are available for your use. There is a creek between the property and the beach that can be crossed thru a pathway during the low tide and depending of the rain. There is railed stairs down the cliff and a shower by the stairs for you to wash off when you are heading back to the house. Beach towels are available for your use. The property has many fruit trees like mangoes, sour oranges, coconuts palm trees, papayas, and others. Depending on the time of the year, you may be able to enjoy some of them. It is very nice to just walk around the property. Seacliff is a small beach community about an hour and a half from Panama City by Km 111 of the InterAmerican Highway (Carretera Interamericana). You must go by car as there is no public transportation available that would take you all the way to the property. Guest access You will be able to access all of the property. There are onsite living caretakers and their home is at the entrance of the property, far away from the areas that are for guests. Other things to note If you are interested in having some housekeeping help during your stay, one of our caretakers is available for an additional fee.

## The Space

The covered terrace, located at the top of a hill with ocean views, is the heart of the property. It offers hammocks, a seating area, a dining table, and a built-in barbecue grill with a small sink and counter space for preparing meals together. A separate bathroom is easily accessible from the terrace in an adjacent structure.

Between the property and the beach lies a creek that can be crossed via a pathway during low tide, depending on rainfall. There are railed stairs leading down the cliff to the beach, accompanied by an outdoor shower to rinse off before returning to the house. Beach towels are available for guest use.

The grounds are home to various fruit trees, including mangoes, sour oranges, coconut palms, and papayas. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to enjoy fresh fruit. Walking around the property is a pleasant way to spend time.

## Location

SeaCliff is a small, private beach community located about an hour and a half from Panama City, accessible via kilometer 111 of the InterAmerican Highway (Carretera Interamericana). A car is necessary to reach the property, as there is no public transportation that goes directly to this location.

Guests have full access to the entire property. Onsite caretakers live at the entrance, well separated from guest areas to ensure privacy.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house, with wonderful access to the beach. We slept very well and enjoyed the barbecue. It's quiet, and the setting is beautiful. We loved it and are considering coming back! The caretakers are lovely, and I was able to communicate easily with the owner of the house. Thank you for everything!

House ideally located on the waterfront in a park of century-old fruit trees. Gazebo with everything you need and a spectacular view. The house has large spaces, a well-designed kitchen, and somewhat old furniture.

Beautiful views and a very nice pool, just like in the photos. The house is comfortable, but the tap water and shower feel strange.

We absolutely loved this place and if we had been able to cancel our following reservation and this spot had an extra day of availability, we would’ve stayed another night. It was so peaceful and we spent the days and nights in the pool, in the hammocks, or using the outdoor kitchen. We could see, hear, and walk to the beach (though a bit of a trek) or drive a few minutes to essentially a private spot. The AC worked well indoors and the space was comfortable. Would love to own a place like this! Plus the couple on the ground were very kind and helpful. There are a free restaurant and market choices nearby.

If you like a peaceful place with lots of nature, pool, and very short walk to the most beautiful black sand beach, this is IT!!!! My husband and I are arborist and this was certainly paradise for us! This is an older home, but everything from toilets to linens was perfectly clean. Kitchen also had everything we needed. Miss Graciela and don Heraclio (the property managers) went above and beyond to show us around in detail and thru out our stay kept the outdoor bathroom, terrace and pool spotless yet gave my family and I privacy. I would recommend this place and look forward to visiting in the future. Oh yes, how can I forget!? Got to make THE BEST margaritas with the limes from the trees on the property!!!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. My family enjoyed the tranquility of the place, with comfortable facilities and a truly spectacular ocean view. The house is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve a good meal, which allowed us to share as a family.  The beach is a few minutes from the property, you can walk there without any problems.

Spectacular Beach House overlooking the Pacific. The Cabana and the Pool were outstanding. The 3BR Beach House and the gardens is a great space for  Large Families to hang out and have a relaxing time. We loved it. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at the beach house. The house was well equipped. The pool was lovely and the grounds expansive. We spent many hours at the pool and hanging in the hammocks with the amazing view. The housekeepers were there to let us in, show us around, and explain how to use the propane tank/stove. Getting to the beach is a bit of a trek. And the house keepers were happy to show us the pathway. We didn't swim because the waves were rough and no life guards. But it was a nice little walk to get there.

We spent a few quiet days in a very nice environment.

The property was perfect for our family. We went to the beach every morning and the retreated to the swimming pool in the afternoon when the temperature got up. It’s a short walk to the beach. You must walk around a small river to get there but it wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed the walk. The beach was almost deserted in the morning hours. It was so peaceful. The property is loaded with fruit trees. The house is somewhat basic but had everything we needed. Most importantly, the AC worked well and was very clean ! The caretakers were very helpful and answered all questions we had. Thank you.

And it was such a joy for my family to experience it on our vacation to Panama. The beds were clean and comfy. My kids appreciated the available pool floaties and games. We made lots of nice memories and hope to return again. Graciela and Eraclio were also super helpful and welcoming. Getting to the beach isn’t very intuitive, but Eraclio graciously led us down the path we have to reach to access it. I highly recommend this home for other families vacationing in the area. Stunningly beautiful. Fantastic covered outdoor living room next to delightful swimming pool. Great birding. Helpful caretakers. Well equipped kitchen. Very spacious grounds. Spacious house easily accommodating seven of us. Nearby (15 minutes) supermarket well stocked. Also nearby fruit/vegetable stands.  A bit of a hike to the beach but well worth it. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean, swimming in the pool, lounging around the pool, grilling dinner, eating all meals in the outdoor covered dinning/living room.  Comfortable hammocks and lounging furniture. Fun to pick limes near house to make  ceviche. No one wanted to leave!

Absolutely beautiful property with an amazing terraza and pool. We spent hours in the hammocks, in the pools and walking around looking at the beautiful view. A little trek to the beach is worth it. Our toddler loved to sit in the little river that empties at the beach and play with his toys. Heraclio and Graciela, the caretakers were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We have already talked about staying here again in the years to come, God willing.

Wow! What a beautiful home! It was very hard to leave today. The views, pool, accommodations, all of it marvelous! We loved the private nature of the property and the views took our breath away. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and the proximity to groceries was great. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay where you can relax all the day long outside, grill food then cool off in the pool. Walkable private access to the beach. We had a very relaxing time staying here. Caretakers are very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay celebrating new year, the property is beautiful and well maintained. First I thank the caregiver couple, their attention and kindness is exceptional. Access, although it is a rural dirt road, it is well maintained, there are no access problems. The property is well distributed the rooms and bathrooms, kitchen is well-stocked for a several day stay. The magic is the pool area with its terrace, which is a more beautiful place, we practically had a magical view. Beach access is the only difficult point I hope you can improve it as the beach is magnificent. Thank you for your service, I look forward to coming back.

El acceso si bien es una camino rural de tierra, está bien mantenido no hay problemas de acceso. La propiedad está bien distribuida los cuartos y baños, cocina está bien suplida para una estancia de varios días. Lo mágico es el área de piscina con su terraza, que lugar más bello, prácticamente pasamos una vista mágica. El acceso a la playa es el único punto difícil espero que lo puedan mejorar dado que la playa es magnífica. Gracias por su atención, espero volver.

Beautiful home, property, and views. The groundskeeper and his wife were both very friendly and attentive when we needed anything. I spent hours just wandering through the property identifying different exotic fruits, plants, trees and birds. Kitchen was well equipt with anything we could have needed to use for cooking. Plenty of dishes and silverwear. Even a blender and crockpot. Pool, outdoor living spaces, and beach was beyond what we could have hoped for. Would return any time. Thank you for the memories......

For the price this placemm is a gem. It lived up to the pictures. The land scaping was resort level thanks to the on site care takers. The inside of the main house was very clean when we moved in. The only issue for us, was the walk to the Beach, it's a bit of a hike. 4 of us in our group are 60+ and with the heat going to the beach was not the best experience! But hey, there is an awesome Pool, which more then made up for not going to the beach. I enjoyed using the outdoor builtin Charcoal Barbacue. The description says it accommodates up to 8 people and it does. More then enough seating around indoor table, enough plates, glasses, utinsils plus the pots and pans were good quality. The gas stove/oven worked very well. The only hot water was for the showers and it was pretty weak, but hey your in Panama, a cold shower here is refreshing and a lot warmer then a cold/freezing Minnesota shower! We will be coming back to Panama and Seacliff will be our first choice.

We loved our stay! The owners shared all the useful information ahead of the trip, and finding the house was easy with G Maps. The keepers of the house / gardens were welcoming, made sure every day the grounds looked as beautiful as when we arrived. And they fully respected our privacy. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor living room by the pool - most wonderful views. Just loved it. And plenty of pool time. We love preparing our own food, and the kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. we appreciated the composting bin. We also benefited from local recommendations in the booklet. Wi-if worked great if you need to be plugged in. All in all, we loved our experience. Thank you!

Paradise. The grounds of this stay are the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The house itself is quite rustic, but we barely spent any time indoors- we took meals on the covered patio, cooked in the outdoor kitchen, rested in the hammocks, swam in the pool, walked and drove to the beach… if I could spend all of my days on their property I would be a happy woman indeed. The caretakers, Graciela and Eraclio, are helpful and generous. A fabulous stay.

A magical place to share in total privacy with family and friends. The social area has a view full of magic that is only noticeable when you arrive at the place. Easy access to the beach, which is quiet and enjoyable. I would only improve the Wi-Fi signal scope in the social area and I think the stove in the social area would be perfect, likewise it has an excellent barbecue with everything you need to have the best time. We would simply return.

An incredible property with wonderful hosts.  The pictures cannot capture the magic of the view from the pool.  The house is basic but comfortable.  The outdoor living space is fabulous.  Enoch and Tere were wonderful as were the caretakers. We will come back.

The directions might be a bit difficult, for first timers, try getting there by day. The location is great as I said the photos do not do it justice. The caretakers ate super friendly and responsive. The only knock would be that to access the actual beach if you have small children or someone with special needs it would be a bit challenging, but that aside, we plan to go back, very satisfied with my first airbnb experience .

Perfection. Unobstructed view. Front line. Easy beach access. This is the best vrbo we have ever stayed in. Searched for months across multiple continents to find the perfect private family beach vacation spot with a 'home' feeling. This is that. A chance to experience what it feels like to really live on the coast.  Nearly every awake hour was spent in the outdoor living space which is built on a little hill with perfect views and a cool ocean breeze. So many Mango trees here. We made salsa, pancake syrup, frozen drinks… awesome. A place kept this nice cannot exist without a caretaker. The caretaker does not intrude, lives far at other end of huge property. Does not even come up to the door of the house unless you ask for something but available and fabulous if needed. We had no problem communicating with a bit of spanish and a translator app. Tortugas bar & grill are about a mile walk down the beach. We hope to come back soon.

A perfect place for calm and nature lovers in the middle of an exceptional huge park populated with incredible fruit trees. The wild beach is 5 min walk away. Very nice gazebo, well-equipped and a sized perfect swimming pool. The house is fair but has everything you need.

Excellent place, a mix of country house and beach, the house as or better than the photos, the beach 5 minutes from the property, the crossing to it through the river and mangrove is part of the adventure and nothing risky. The house is well located in the Sea Cliff area, with a lot of privacy, very comfortable, complete, good beds, good services offered and in general more than the average, super well equipped kitchen, and with a super spacious terrace and pool area, which has a spectacular ocean view, very relaxing, where we spent most of the time. We went as a family and really enjoyed that area, with a barbecue, the pool, the hammocks, eating, sharing. Enoch & Tere always responding promptly, with a lot of kindness and hospitality. Messrs. Graciela and Eraclio, who remain on the property, who are also very kind, attentive and collaborating. We would be back.

Too bad we couldn't stay longer, and it rained the day we arrived. The place was perfect: good location, good size, clean, easier to get to than one would think. Comfortable beds, A/Cs in excellent condition, full kitchen (just bring food). The covered terrace and pool were a hit, we enjoyed that area of the house every day. The gentlemen who welcomed us were super friendly, and were always at your service, although for how completely everything was, there was little to ask. The people who choose to go to this house will spend a few delicious days, Enoch and Tere are fully recommended by our family

Lástima que no nos podíamos quedar más días, y que llovió el día en que llegamos. El sitio estaba perfecto: buena localización, buen tamaño, limpio, más fácil de llegar de lo que uno pensaría. Camas cómodas, los A/C en excelentes condiciones, cocina completa (solo hay que llevar la comida). La terraza cubierta y la piscina fueron un éxito, disfrutamos esa área de la casa todos los días. Los señores que nos recibieron fueron súper amables, y siempre estuvieron a la orden, aunque por lo completo que estaba todo, poco hubo que preguntar. Las personas que elijan ir a esta casa, van a pasar unos días deliciosos, Enoch y Tere están full recomendados por nuestra familia

so wonderful. house is cozy and beds comfortable.  gardens are immaculate (grounds keeper is best).  the location is priceless!  beach with black and white sand with a fresh water river.  privacy like u are one your own island.  pool and rancho are picturesque.  my kids (teenagers) say this is best best place we have ever been and we have stayed all over central america and the caribbean. close to everything u need, but a world away. thank you!

Beautiful location for a relaxing getaway! Amazing bbq and pool area to cook, eat and relax! The staff is incredibly helpful. There was a gust of wind they came out to clean up the pool.

This place is amazing. When you arrive Graciela and Heraclio will be waiting for you, to make your check in experience as smooth as possible. They will show you all the place and teach you about it. The house has more than what you get when you are in a hotel: cable, netflix, Wifi, a/c, towels, the kitchen is full equipped, the beds are great, the sheets smell clean, the bathrooms are great, hot water, and much more. The area is excellent, nice pool, nice space and everything works as brand new. The bbq, the view to the sea, and the windy and nice weather will make you want to stay. Additionally, it has a private path to the beach for you to spend a great time with not too much transit of people. I know you will enjoy this place as me and my family did.

Location, Location, Location.  Peaceful and restful.   This place has everything you need.  I have never stayed at a property as beautiful as this.  The pictures does not do it justice—worth the money.  We stayed for three nights, two adults and three kids.  I bought groceries and never left the property until we had to check out, right on the beach.  Book it now and thank me later.

What a beautiful place to spend holiday! The pool is a family favourite! The bbq and patio are an amazing place to cook and relax! The on site staff keep the property beautiful and clean!  Wish we could have stayed longer and can not wait to return.

Amazing/ beautiful place...excellent location, panoramic views, home layout, furniture and appliances...just beyond from what was expected... hopefully we’ll return very soon.  Home keepers were very friendly and owners very communicative.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Enoch and Tere’s place. It is a beautiful property with an stunning ocean view, surrounded by nature. The house was impecable, with everything we needed and much more: from all the kitchen gadgets to a first aid kit. The couple that received us, Graciela and Eraclio, were kind and attentive, they can even cook for you if you like. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation. I’ll definitely come back when I have the opportunity.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house and property had everything we wanted. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large patio with hammocks, seating and bbq was a great communal space. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the walk through the mangrove path to the beach. We loved the yard with the lime trees, flowers and open lawn for tossing a frisbee. We can tell you take great care of your place and we would love to come again someday with more of our family.
