Located in the most exclusive area of Tamarindo, this home was completed in 2022 and features two bedrooms, a private pool, and is just a short walk from the beach and the vibrant center of Tamarindo.

Perched on a hillside only 1.5 kilometers from the renowned Tamarindo beach, Casa Cocoon is a lavish two-bedroom villa with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Marino Las Baulas Natural Park. Each spacious bedroom is elegantly decorated and includes:

• Large closets
• Access to a generous terrace with direct entry to the private infinity pool

The outdoor area also features a heated Jacuzzi with adjustable massage jets for four people, all surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Inside, the villa offers a roomy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal retreat for small groups or families seeking a peaceful mountain setting with spectacular ocean vistas.

House Cocoon is fully staffed and maintained, with a 24-hour guard stationed at the property entrance. Daily cleaning services and pool and garden upkeep are included. The property is fully fenced and secured, with private guarded parking available on-site.

Please note that this villa is one of four private homes within the Cocoon Tamarindo complex, each varying in size and designed in a tropical chic style. Depending on availability, these villas can be rented together.
