We absolutely loved our stay at Sebastian鈥檚 place! The home is beautiful, and the views are exactly as pictured. Sebastian was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially with helping us navigate the area and finding some of the beautiful black-sand beaches nearby. The location is also convenient to everything you may need on that side of Costa Rica. I definitely recommend having a rental car, especially if you plan to explore beaches and excursions, as some activities are a little farther away. There are also golf carts available to rent for getting around locally. Having a car gave us the freedom to explore, and everything was well worth the drive. We enjoyed the pool so much that we left some pool toys behind for future guests to enjoy. 馃槉 Beautiful home, amazing views, helpful host, and a wonderful Costa Rica experience. I would absolutely recommend booking Sebastian鈥檚 place!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent being close to the marina and beaches and the gated home felt very safe and secure. Communication with the host was good, and he responded quickly when we had concerns. We had a slight ant problem in the house. Sebastian asked us to purchase ant spray (to be reimbursed), which we appreciated, but it wasn't ideal to have to deal with during our vacation. There was some hair on the sheets and comforter in the master bedroom. Sebastian said it wasn't normal and immediately offered to send someone over to address it, but we chose to wash the bedding ourselves instead. Stuff happens but problems solved! One thing that surprised us was the lack of closets/storage and no place to hang clothes. Sebastian explained that this is very common in Costa Rican homes. We survived! Overall, the home is in a great location and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Bonito , limpio y muy pac铆fico , me gust贸 amanecer viendo el mar desde la terraza, nuestra familia disfrut贸 mucho estar all铆 馃挋 Sebasti谩n muy amable con la comunicaci贸n que tuvimos , recomiendo la estad铆a en esta casa .

La casa estaba hermosa. El anfitri贸n fue amable. La ubicaci贸n es excelente, con la playa s煤per cerca, lo que hizo todo a煤n m谩s c贸modo y especial para pasear en familia. La casa tiene todas las comodidades para cocinar, compartir y disfrutar. Tiene espacios muy agradables donde uno realmente se siente en paz y puede relajarse. Adem谩s, la piscina es incre铆ble y hace que la experiencia sea todav铆a mejor. Sin duda volver铆amos otra vez.

Nos encant贸, la casa es hermosa, tiene una vista muy bonita y est谩 en una zona tranquila, cerca de hermosas playas y con buenos restaurantes cerca. Adem谩s, Sebastian se mantuvo atento a resolver nuestras dudas y brindarnos recomendaciones siempre. Sin duda, esperamos regresar!
