Home was designed to allow indoor outdoor living without effort. Wind and Sun patterns were considered when Buidling allowing all living spaces to have perfect Shade and Cross Breeze. Each Room has Split Ac units to cool down when desired. Few paces off of the 6th hole of Hacienda Pinillas Championship Golf Course and a 5 Minute Ride in the golf cart to 2 Beach Access points within our community. Surf, Golf, Ride Horses, Bike Riding and of course, Relax and enjoy your Vaca with Family! Other things to note Our home has our 3 legged car named Kuta that loves all humans and hangs around time to time. Maid service is 6 days a week and feeds Mr Kuta. Sundays we ask for a little help to feed him and he will be so very happy. Pura Vida !
