The Space

This uniquely designed home captures the essence of Costa Rica. It features accordion-style glass doors running along the poolside length of the house, allowing abundant sunlight and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Every room includes windows that invite plenty of natural light and views of the outdoors.

No expense was spared in the construction, furnishings, and design of this contemporary architectural villa. It offers complete privacy, enclosed by 10-foot-high concrete walls.

Guests can enjoy the spacious "rancho" adjacent to the pool area. The property is surrounded by large mango and other fruit-bearing trees that attract a variety of birds, including scarlet macaws, green parrots, and occasional toucans.

Location

Villa Luna Nueva is situated 20 minutes south of Jaco and one hour from Manuel Antonio National Park. The villa is less than three-quarters of a mile from the ocean beaches and numerous fine restaurants. Evenings can be spent relaxing by the pool, stargazing, and listening to the waves along the shore.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The house includes two large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms featuring walk-in cascade showers.

The great room is spacious and includes:

• A large dining table with seating for six
• A comfortable dual recliner
• Full-service cable television available in the great room and both bedrooms

A unique feature of the great room is a three-quarter wall that creates a separate space, which can be used as a reading or game room. This area can also serve as a third bedroom with the provided air mattress, offering additional privacy.

An exterior door provides direct access to the pool and a third full bathroom located outside, which also includes an additional outdoor shower.

Kitchen and Laundry

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for meal preparation and includes:

• Microwave
• Convection countertop oven

Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washer/dryer combination and a two-bay laundry sink, with access to the outside garage.

Electricity Charges

There is no extra charge for electricity usage under 40 kWh per day. Guests can easily maintain this by turning off air conditioners when rooms are unoccupied or when away from the house.

Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. Any usage exceeding 40 kWh per day will be billed at $0.27 per kWh. This additional amount will be requested through Airbnb using the Security Deposit claim procedure.
