The Space
Welcome to Casa Las Playas, a small apartment complex with seven units, perfectly situated in the heart of Jaco Beach, just 200 yards from the shore. The Cocles studio apartment offers a cozy and well-equipped retreat for your visit.
Inside the Cocles studio, you will find:
- A comfortable bedroom with a double-size bed, air conditioning, and a TV
- A full private bathroom for your convenience and privacy
- A kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, refrigerator, and essential items such as salt, sugar, coffee, and cooking oil to get you started
- A living room area with a countertop that can be used for dining or as a workspace
Supermarkets are within walking distance if you need additional supplies.
Please note that due to its downtown Jaco location, occasional noise may be heard during the day and night. Despite this, we aim to provide a pleasant and comfortable stay.

These creatures are harmless and part of the natural surroundings. We encourage guests to appreciate this unique aspect of staying close to nature.

Great place! Has everything you need. Literally 1 min to the beach and you’re so close to the Main Street with restaurants/bars/shops. Also a big plus is a laundry on site. Definitely recommend!

Muy bien. Todo muy ordenado y acogedor. A veces hay que lidiar un poco con el tema del parqueo pero los anfitriones siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte para mover carros que estén obstruyendo el paso, entonces todo estuvo muy bien atendido. Recomiendo el lugar .

Short, but pleasant stay. Close to the main street so noise from nightlife is noticeable on weekends. Lovely mango tree in the yard gifted me some beauties! Extremely close to the beach. Had everything I needed.

Staying here was perfect for what I was looking for. Not even a minute walk to the beach one way and bars and restaurants the other. Very responsive to any questions I had and super helpful with recommendations. Cozy and private when inside and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Quick response time if anything was needed. In good walking distance to town centre without being completely central. Very close to the beach. Carpark behind locked gate was nice.
