Casa y espacios hermosos, versátiles; buen mantenimiento y condiciones según lo indicado en la publicación! Me encantó que quedaba a unos cuantos metros de la playa Chiquita y era de fácil acceso! En general buena experiencia y claras indicaciones!

This property is really nice. The house is fully equipped and it has a good location, however if you are trying to have a quiet and relaxing place, this is not the place for you! Noise comes from all the surroundings, during all night, and since it’s an open house you can hear all of that from your bed. The property has a couple of trees that have some kind of seeds and branches dropping all day so they hit on the roof of the property and it sounds terrible, if you wake up really easy at night this is not a property you will be able to rest on your vacations. The pool is really nice and the outside seating too, but again if you are trying to relax for a weekend after a long week of work, and catch some good sleep, you should be looking for another place.

La casa es muy bella tal cual las fotos. muy cómoda, excelente ubicación y segura. la piscina refrescante y al lado de una terraza muy cómoda y acogedora. A escasos metros de una hermosa playa y con hermosos jardines. La anfitriona fue muy amable, siempre disponible y colaborativa. Preciosa propiedad a la que sin duda volveríamos.

This is the second time we stayed in Casa Tica and we will surely be back. The house is exactly as described, spacious, well equipped, great outdoor area, walking distance to the beach. Communication with Monica was quick an efficient. We highly recommend staying at Casa Tica.

La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda. La ubicación está muy bien y el entorno natural es espectacular. Eso sí hay que estar preparado para despertar con los monos aulladores en la mañana 😀

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern Anfang September 2023 für vier Tage in Casa Tica und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Pool. Als wir auf der Terrasse saßen, konnten wir öfters grüne Aras beobachten. Kapuzineraffen sind durch die Bäume nebenan geklettert und auch ein Aguti hat uns mal im Garten besucht. Die Lage von Casa Tica ist optimal für Unternehmungen in der Karibik. Das sehenswerte Jaguar Rescue Center ist ca. 2 km weit weg und nach Puerto Viejo dauert es mit dem Auto ungefähr eine Viertelstunde. Playa Chiquita ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der unserer Meinung nach schönste Stand von Costa Rica – Playa Punta Uva – ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto weg. Auch in einige gute Lokale und einen kleinen Supermarkt kommt man in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können Casa Tica wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

This home is absolute paradise! The pool and gardens are gorgeous! We saw Great Green Macaws fly over head and Howler Monkeys playing in the trees all while floating in the pool. Just a short walk to a beautiful secluded beach and perfectly located between Punta Uva and Puerto Viejo. Nati, Monica and the rest of Habitat were very attentive and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!
