Place was perfect. Clean, great location and Shawna was extremely responsive when needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Ideal for families: the place is very cute, tastefully designed with practicality in mind. Everything is clean, well maintained and organized. The pool is perfect for family use, and the complex is a 2-minute walk from the beach. In addition, the host left us chairs to use on the beach, which we greatly appreciated. We hope to be back soon!

Ideal para familias: el lugar es muy lindo, diseñado con buen gusto y pensando en la practicidad. Todo está limpio, bien cuidado y organizado. La piscina es perfecta para usar en familia y el complejo está a 2 min caminando de la playa. Además el host nos dejó sillas para poder utilizar en la playa, lo cual agradecimos mucho. ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!

Absolutely loved our stay! The instructions were clear and we had no issues getting there. The house was cozy and we enjoyed the bbq and pool area. Would definitely recommend & most importantly when back in area would love to stay here again

Our family of 5 had a great stay in Playa Grande! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Shawna’s casitas were exactly what we needed for our family of four. Clean, new, secure, beautiful property, with a lovely well-maintained pool, and she was super responsive and helpful. As an example of her being a proactive, great host, we had booked one of the two side units and she proactively moved us to the center one which has slightly better views, because it wasn’t rented. Electronic locks were really nice. Renting multiple of her units (there are 3) could be a fantastic option for a larger family or group that wanted to stay together, but perhaps not all in the same building.

Shawna was so awesome! She worked with us when we had flight issues on the way in and helped ease the craziness of a stressful situation. This place was perfect and walkable with our 4 year old. We will be back!

First time in Costa Rica and it was amazing. Shawna was super flexible and helpful with setting up airport transportation. The house was a great place to stay with local bars restaurants 2-5 min walk. Highly recommend staying here!!!

A very cozy place. Very close to the beach (within walking distance). Exactly as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed our time; there were three of us, and the two rooms with their own bathrooms worked out perfectly for us. We had an assigned space outside in the parking lot, and we always felt very safe.

Un lugar muy acogedor. Con mucha cercanía a la playa (walking distance). Igual a como se veía en las fotos. Realmente disfrutamos mucho el tiempo, éramos tres personas y los 2 cuartos nos funcionaron perfecto con baño propio. Teníamos un espacio asignado afuera en el parqueo y siempre sentimos mucha seguridad.

Just a beautiful perfect location. 5 min walk to Playa Grande. Watched sunsets every evening with locals. Restaurants were walkable and night market on Wednesday was really fun to see local artisans. Los Casitas was very well equipped. The appliances were all new and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about our wonderful time. The pool was a great way to end the day after swimming and surfing. Can’t wait to go back. Shawna was very responsive and obviously takes great care of the property

We were a group of 5 adults and we stayed for 4 nights. Great location, quiet place, new house with beautiful garden and pool. We cooked every night and we had everything we needed. They left 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for us which it was perfect. Warm shower, great air conditioning. Outside shower as well. Definitely a 5 stars place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shawna's place. The inside of the suite was actually nicer than the photos. Feels brand new and the cotton sheets were luxurious. The pool was cleaned daily (unlike many places we have stayed). Five minute walk to the most beautiful beach. We will be back and highly recommend to others.

Five stars all around! Shawna and her team went above and beyond to make our time in Playa Grande perfect. The property is in a fantastic location, making it super easy to enjoy the area, and coming back to such cozy, comfortable beds was the ultimate treat. Rent this place!  Clean, perfect proximity to the beach, clean pool. Shawna went out of her way to help accommodate our needs.  This place was perfect for our family of 4.

An outstanding place to stay. Not only is the unit new and inviting, but Shawna was incredibly helpful in guiding us to local activities. Always responsive, so close to the beach, just a perfect place to stay in paradise. Can’t say enough good things about Shawna and our stay. We will absolutely come back as soon as we can.

Great pace and great host!  The location is close to the beach, several cafes, restaurants and bars.  The place was really nice, basically brand new, and everything was in good working order.  I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the whole experience.  Also, Shawna went out of her way to clean the casasita in time for our early arrival, I truly appreciated that gesture.  We checked out of another place early, that didn’t live up to the expectations and drove north to Playa Grande.  It was a great move and we truly loved the town and accommodations!

Great place, very safe. Good location and close to restaurants and several beaches. Did have lots of ants, common in costa rica, but they provided a very effective ant spray. Shawna was very responsive and lovely to our family.

This place was perfect for us and our toddler! It was walkable to the beach and right near the Beach Club for easy food and drinks. Great location. Shawna was very responsive and made the stay very easy!

Hi Juan Diego! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the cottage so much! Our profile on Airbnb says that we are an apartment among others and also, in our descriptions it is also clearly explained! The parking lot is located in a very safe place, there is security that passes by every now and then!

Excellent stay in Playa Grande! Overall the apartment was very modern and comfortable. Also, the closeness to the beach adds a lot of value too. Lastly, Shawna and Jorge were always very responsive when a situation arrived during our stay. They were always attentive.

The house in Playa Grande was perfect for a relaxing stay. It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. A great spot for anyone looking to enjoy Playa Grande.

The place was amazing! It was well equipped, easy to access, and in an unbeatable location, just steps away from Playa Grande. The pool was a great bonus, and everything from the rooms to the rest of the house was exceptionally clean. My family felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and they truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!
