This gorgeous house is complemented by a breathtaking view of the jungle and ocean. The decor is just dreamy and the furnishings and bathrooms are luxe. The house and landscaping is kept in pristine condition and the kitchen and grill were phenomenal for our family to enjoy relaxing breakfasts and dinners in when we felt like it. The location is great- just up the hill from Playa Carmen and easy driving to Santa Teresa, Hermosa, Mal Pais and so many other points around the southern peninsula. The house is also a stone’s throw to all the restaurants and shops of the area. The host is so gracious and was attentive to all our questions. We would highly recommend this property and area!

Ok I went with my husband, sisters, mother in law, and brother in law. My husband and I have stayed in multiple different airbnbs in the world, and him and I agree this has been the best one yet. Perfect location, everything was clean, Julie and Soph were great. Don’t think twice to book this place.

Nous avons eu une expérience absolument parfaite dans votre Airbnb. La maison était toujours impeccable, et la femme de ménage chaque jour a vraiment fait une grande différence. Tous les items de cuisine dont nous avions besoin étaient disponibles, ce qui était très apprécié. La piscine est magnifique, la vue est tout simplement incroyable, et le service a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Les lits sont très confortables, nous avons dormi comme des bébés. C’est honnêtement la meilleure expérience que nous avons eue dans un Airbnb. Merci infiniment pour tout, nous espérons revenir un jour !

We absolutely loved our stay here. Lovely rooms, great views, a well stocked kitchen, pool and outdoor yoga shala. Great surfing right down the hill at Playa Carmen, 3 minute drive or 15 minute very steep walk. I stayed here with my wife and two of my software engineers for a company surf and dev retreat. WiFi was reliable, cleaners came daily and Julie was super helpful for recommendations. This is the third time we've stayed on this hill (first time in this house) but second time renting a house of the same owners. This has been one of the best and most consistent AirBnB experiences I've had. Julie is an excellent host, providing 5-star service. Every detail was covered and she was also very proactive in asking for ways to improve the experience. All in all, an excellent experience. We will absolutely be back.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Marame in Santa Teresa. The house is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained, with three spacious bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom — perfect for groups. The location is great as well, just a couple minutes up the hill from the main street, so you’re close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. One thing we especially appreciated was the gated entry with a nighttime security guard — it made us feel extra safe and comfortable while staying there. The absolute highlight of our stay was the concierge support. Sophie was amazing — she helped us with everything from restaurant reservations and boat charters to arranging ATVs, massages, and more. Her communication was outstanding and she truly went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. We also loved that the house was cleaned every day — such a nice touch that made the experience feel extra comfortable and cared for.

House is extremely beautiful and well designed. Great architecture, nice furniture. Amazing views. Very quiet. No noise coming from the road which can be a real problem with all these ATVs running everywhere in Santa Teresa . Great pool. Very safe for our puppy. Great host Julie and great team to support you and clean the house. From all the houses we did stay in Santa Teresa this one was our favorite. We loved it. And would definitely come back. Julie had prepared a wonderful and delicious basket of fruits, prosecco, chocolates and fresh coconuts . This was a great surprised. Moreover I did ask Julie prior to our arrival if they had an expresso machine. They did not but Julie made us the surprise to buy one for us. Amazing.

What an incredible stay! The adventurous drive up the mountain definitely added to the experience—by the time you reach the property, it makes the cozy modern masterpiece waiting at the top feel even more special. And once you arrive, wow… the views are breathtaking from the moment you walk into the front door and from every room in the house. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, lying in the hammock by the yoga studio, or waking up in the bedroom, the scenery is unforgettable. The location is also perfect—secluded enough to enjoy total peace and privacy, yet close enough to town for anything you need. It truly offers the best of both worlds. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!
