The Space
This stylish and roomy casita is ideal for a single guest or a couple seeking accommodation within the gated community of Iguanas. The property features new construction and modern appliances for your comfort.
The bedroom offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed upon request. It includes a desk for work, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant stay.
Guests can relax in the hammock or take a refreshing swim in the main house pool, which overlooks the golf course. The pool is available for use whenever you want to cool off.
Location
You can reach Playa Colorados beach in just three minutes by cruiser bike, which we provide, or enjoy a leisurely 10-minute walk. The casita also offers easy access to various restaurants located near the front entrance of the community.
Additional Information
Please note that Nicaragua occasionally experiences power outages, typically lasting a few hours once a week. These interruptions are beyond our control, and refunds are not provided for any loss of electricity.

The Casita of Cher and Mat is perfect; we liked that air flows naturally and the high ceiling keeps the house at a temperature that makes the aircon unnecessary (well, at least in December/Jan). We spent 9 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped if you wish to cook (including a gas oven and a large fridge). Cher and Mat are extraordinarily responsive, flexible and make you feel right at home. Zulema, the cleaner and Ariel, the gardener, are friendly and helpful too. Altogether a very recommended rental house.
