The Space
A tall fence encloses the spacious 1/8-acre, or 500-square-meter, yard, which includes a beautiful pool and covered parking for your exclusive use.
The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A separate guest casita provides the third bedroom and bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with:
- Essential cooking equipment
- Dishware for six guests
- Plastic dishes and utensils for children
- Plastic cups for use around the pool
- Blender
- Rice cooker
- Cooking bowls
- Charcoal water filter
- Coffee maker
Bedrooms and Comfort
All beds feature hotel-quality, 100% cotton linens, fleece blankets, and temperature-regulating mattress pads. Every bedroom and the living room has new air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: King bed, which can be separated into two single beds upon request
- Bedroom 3 in the guest casita: King bed
All mattresses are new and comfortable.
The living room in the main house includes a television where you can log in to your personal Netflix and other streaming accounts.
A full-size washer and dryer are also available in the home.

Families and Children
Families are welcome. Because the pool is not gated, children must either be proficient swimmers or remain under constant supervision.
Guest Capacity and Additional Fees
The maximum occupancy is six guests. The nightly rate includes up to four guests. Up to two additional guests may be added for $20 USD per person, per night.
Small and medium-sized dogs are permitted with prior approval and an additional $35 fee. Please include your pet in your reservation request. Pet owners are responsible for properly disposing of all dog waste.
Guest Access
The entire home and its outdoor areas are private and available for your use. A separate studio casita is located on the property but is not available to guests.
No other people or guests will be present during your stay.
Important House Rules
- The maximum number of adult guests is four.
- All guests must be listed on the reservation request.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted.
- Government-issued identification will be requested from the person making the reservation.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- The pool is not gated, so children must be supervised completely and continuously.

Belle maison, propre et sécurisé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La piscine est un plus avec des enfants. L'emplacement est bien à 15-20minutes de grandes plages. Nous avons eu un léger soucis à l'arrivée qui a été réglé très rapidement par Raul qui est côhote et qui réponds très rapidement! Il faut passer par Raul en tout temps avec whats app pour avoir un suivi rapide, merci Raul. Nous recommandons!

Es un lugar muy bien cuidado y muy bien ubicado. Sin embargo, no es posible el ingreso de automóvil a la propiedad por lo que el vehículo se tuvo que quedar afuera de la casa toda la semana. Por otro lado, la zona de la piscina no posee iluminación por lo que no es seguro de noche para niños y mascotas (mi perro cayó a la piscina y tuvimos una emergencia grave). Me pareció que el coanfitrión no tuvo mucho interés en resolver las solicitudes presentadas sobre entrega de elementos de limpieza ni el tema del ingreso del vehículo a la propiedad, él indicó que éramos los segundos huéspedes en reportar el inconveniente y que al día siguiente se resolvería pero en toda la semana no se resolvió.

Our second stay at Casa Colores was just as good as our first! Beautiful, private and well appointed 2 br house with single bedroom casita was perfect for our needs. AC and fans in both spaces worked well. Full kitchen in main house and large outdoor dining space was used regularly throughout our stay - as was the pool! Ideal choice if looking for a peaceful location a short drive to grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. Good communication with hosts who are responsive and helpful. We will be back if available on our next trip to Guanacaste

This is place is great. The pool area is beautiful but unfortunately the pool lights did not work so there was no ambiance in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and there are lots of ceiling fans. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser and there are plastic glasses for the pool area - these are great amenities. It’s close to many fantastic beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. One big issue is the approach to the driveway. Our vehicle did not have enough clearance to get in the driveway so we upgraded our car and it just got in. We did have a few other issues that were taken care of by the co-host. We will definitely stay here again!

⭐ Note : 3.9 / 5 Nous étions déjà venus il y a deux ans et avions adoré, mais cette fois l’expérience a été moins satisfaisante. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre environ 45 minutes à cause d’un problème de clés. En entrant, plusieurs éléments manquaient : deux pommeaux de douche, les condiments annoncés, ainsi que des linges à vaisselle et chiffons. Un seul sac à poubelle était aussi fourni. À noter : les pommeaux, condiments et chiffons nous ont été apportés le lendemain, ce que nous avons apprécié. Malgré tout, les lits étaient très confortables, l’internet fonctionnait bien et les air climatisés étaient efficaces. Le logement a du potentiel, mais nécessite quelques ajustements pour retrouver la qualité de notre première visite.

Lugar muy tranquilo, todo está como en las fotos, solo veo 2 puntos negativos, las duchas están algo dañadas y la cama de la casa pequeña es algo diferente a la foto y las hormigas, por todo lo demás y lugar muy recomendado

Las instalaciones fueron buenas y bonitas, solo algunos detalles que no nos agradaron primeramente que la duración en contestar del anfitrión no fue muy buena, mucha telaraña en la casa y humedad en uno de los cuartos y que es necesario colocar insecticida para las hormigas que ingresaba a la casa como una plaga. Por último cambiaron la clave de la puerta antes de las 7:00am y no solo la del portón como nos indicaron.
