The Space

Enjoy relaxing pool days with your family at this charming beach townhouse featuring a private pool. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three spacious bedrooms.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a large double bed and a private bathroom, making it perfect for couples. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with two double beds and another with two bunk beds totaling six single beds. This floor also has a large bathroom and a cozy area with a TV and sofa.

Upon entering Villa Rossana, you will find a fully equipped kitchen on the left and a guest bathroom on the right. Ahead is a generously sized dining room with an impressive design. Directly opposite the dining area is a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, and air conditioning.

Exiting the living room leads to a small terrace, and to the left is a second living room where you can unwind. Outside, the pool area includes a table, barbecue, and chairs, perfect for enjoying the sun or grilling.

Location

The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, along with the Casamar Beach Club and the children’s Water Park, all conveniently close to the property.

Guest Access

After entering the Casamar front gate, it is a short drive to the villa. At the first roundabout, take the third exit on the left. About 20 meters later, take the left fork to reach Villa Rossana Duplex #1. The property includes a private parking area with space for 2 to 3 cars.

Additional Information

• Only guests listed on the official reservation are allowed access to the property and complex for security reasons; visits are not permitted.
• Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• A complimentary starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper) is provided upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own supplies once these are used up.
• The beach club and water park are approximately 150 yards from the villa, within easy walking distance.
• The villa is not pet-friendly.
• A noise sensor is installed in the house; noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM. Penalty fees will be charged for violations.
