Sunset Sanctuary, 2 bed ocean view Manuel Antonio

Listing is for the top floor of a two story building. This is private full house that only shares the pool and BBQ area. This place has an amazing ocean view, private, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and two bathrooms. The living room has a huge ocean view! Each bedroom has a balcony, one with ocean view, and one with a big valley view. Shared space are the small dipping pool, large main pool, BBQ area and closed garage with electric door. The space This is on an awesome hill where the road goes down to a secluded beach. There is ocean view from inside most of the house, and it's a quiet area! There is an awesome restaurant about 100 yards down the road called Ronnie's Place which has the most amazing sunset in Costa Rica. We get the same sunset from the house! The road we are on connects the main Manuel Antonio/Quepos road with a private beach. You can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes, or walk up the road about 7-8 minutes and get to the main Manuel Antonio road where there is a bus stop. The bus goes to the Manuel Antonio national park, or the town of Quepos. It's 5 minutes either direction and the bus is 1 dollar a person. Or if you have a car there is a private garage and everything is 5 minutes away! Guest access This is a two bedroom house on the top floor of a two story building. It shares the pool with the two bedroom downstairs, but has a private Kitchen, living room and all the areas. Other things to note There is a main pool, and then a dipping pool upstairs with ocean view. The little pool on top does have jets, but it is not heated and not a jacuzzi.
