Please note, the upstairs dipping pool has jets but is not heated and does not function as a jacuzzi.

Location

Situated on a scenic hill, the property provides easy access to a secluded beach via a downhill road. Most rooms inside the house enjoy ocean views, and the neighborhood is peaceful.

About 100 yards down the road is Ronnie’s Place, a well-known restaurant famous for its stunning sunsets, which can also be enjoyed from the house.

The road connects the main Manuel Antonio/Quepos road with a private beach. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk down to the beach and about 7 to 8 minutes to reach the main Manuel Antonio road, where there is a bus stop.

The bus service costs $1 per person and travels to Manuel Antonio National Park or the town of Quepos, both about 5 minutes away by bus or car. For those with a vehicle, the private garage is available, and all key locations are within a 5-minute drive.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire top-floor two-bedroom house, which includes a private kitchen, living room, and all indoor areas. The pool is shared with the two-bedroom unit downstairs.
