The house is fully air conditioned, and has 4 king size beds, 4 full beds (that can be converted to 2 King beds) and space enough for 3 families. All rooms have fans and air conditioners for your comfort and each bedroom has storage in large closets or dressers. The upper master suites each have individual balconies for the quiet moments. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with appliances, cookware and utensils. The new center island invites everyone to join the meal prep and cook together. You will enjoy your own very private tropical garden and large pool with built-in bar stools. The outdoor barbecue area will allow for the whole family to gather around our hard wood table for the BBQ party. Have a drink on our patio while listening to parrots, tropical birds and howler monkeys announce their presence. The area of Tamarindo/Playa Grande is known for a variety of activities such as World-Cass Surfing, Golf, Boating, Swimming, Hiking, Nature Trails, Wildlife Watching Tours, Jetski, Canopying, Fishing, Sailing, Horse Back Riding.... Alternatively, enjoy the large variety of restaurants, bars and clubs in Tamarindo or discover the town's many shops and stores. Casa Bonita is close to a convenience store, but Tamarindo has some very sophisticated supermarkets and restaurants. There are also different tour operators, banks, spas, car rental agencies and all other necessary services in Tamarindo. There are a few lovely restaurants in Palm Beach and Playa Grande, and Palm Beach also has surf schools, buke rentals and a mini market for your convenience. Casa Bonita's excellent location allows guests to walk to Tamarindo's stores and restaurants along the beach (ferry boat at the estuary), while providing an oasis away from the noise and hassle of the town.
