The Space
Casa Bonita is a fully renovated and remodeled 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home designed for an unforgettable vacation. The house features a large private pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and is just a short walk—under two minutes—to the beach.
Inside, you will find two brand new master suites, each with its own balcony for peaceful moments. The home is spacious and comfortable, accommodating up to three families. It includes four king-size beds and four full beds that can be converted into two king beds. Casa Bonita is indeed a beautiful place. So close to the beach and in a special community with restaurants, a shop, surf schools and local wildlife. The house's proximity to the beach made morning walks easy. The pool was a great occasional break from the sand. Thank you!

Beautiful, well maintained property close to the beach. We love that Palm Beach Estates in Plata Grande is separated from Tamarindo, making the neighborhood and the beach have much fewer people. The surfing and boogie boarding were amazing.

Our multi-generational family group of 12 had a wonderful stay (6 adults, 6 kids). The backyard pool was a highlight (loved the shaded afternoon), and the proximity to a gorgeous beach was awesome. Proximity to a great surf shop and cafe were welcome, but not too much else was walkable (not that you need more than pool and beach!). The one thing this stay was lacking was laundry and housekeeping. With a large group for 5 nights (and 6 busy kids), it would have been nice to have fresh towels, sheets and a cleaning at some point.

Great place! Location is fantastic, beach is walking distance and amazing! The place is beautiful and the kids loved the pool and ping pong table. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and didn’t need to drive. We took the water taxi to Tamarindo and it was great! Only negatives were that the place was infested with red ants! They were harmless but we didn’t know that in the beginning. Would have been nice to have some heads up notice. Also, it would have been nice to have shampoo in the showers. There were 5 bathrooms and we had 9 people. We only had 2 sets of shampoo and that limited how many of us could shower at the same time. At the price point, some shampoo would be appreciated! Thanks!

This house is beautiful and immaculate. Everything looked new and was very very clean. Right next to the beach, right next to a cafe, super-responsive house manager, great location. We had a terrific vacation in this great house!
