The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bottom and single top, making it suitable for families or groups traveling together.

The complex is secured with a locked gate, and guests receive the gate code prior to arrival. The unit itself has a unique access code that changes with each guest, which will also be provided before arrival.

The property has a backup holding tank, but guests are encouraged to conserve water by turning off faucets when not in use, reusing towels, avoiding unnecessary laundry loads, and reporting leaks or running toilets promptly.
