The Space

This penthouse suite is a two-room unit featuring a king-sized master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate living room with a private dining area below. The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator. A third guest can sleep comfortably on the futon couch in the living room.

Please ensure the air conditioner is turned off when you are not in the villa to avoid additional charges.

Interior Features

The penthouse is ideal for couples, friends, or small groups. The lower level contains the kitchen and living room, which overlook the jungle. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, filtered water tank, refrigerator, pantry, and breakfast bar. It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plates. Food is not provided but can be arranged upon request.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room features a futon that converts into a bed if needed, along with a dining table that seats four. Double doors open from the living room onto a deck furnished with two rocking chairs and a plunge pool for cooling off. The deck offers a jungle view and is close enough to the beach to hear the sound of waves.

Upstairs, the spacious master suite includes a bathroom with a vanity and a rainforest-inspired shower. The bedroom area contains a desk, closet, and king-sized bed. A separate balcony provides a partial ocean view. All furniture and structural elements are crafted from teak wood. The suite is equipped with both an air conditioning unit and a fan to maintain comfort in warm weather.

Guest Access and Amenities

On-site amenities include a restaurant, bar, and health bar. The property is renowned for its yoga platform, which overlooks the ocean with waves crashing below. Guests also have access to beach chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear as part of the community facilities.
