We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as advertised. Great place for two couples. I would highly recommend having a rental car to fully access the area at your convenience. However, there are other ways for local travel. Might be more of personal preference. The only thing that we had a small challenge with was our initial access. The second bedroom does not have direct access from the main house but once you are in and unlocked there is common access from the back patio. So, just double check and make sure you have the access codes to both locks. Again, this was only minor challenge because of the great responsiveness of Jovanni! Because of this experience we got a better understanding of the service Jovanni could provide during our stay. It was almost like have a personal concierge to help with dinner reservations and activities, etc. For us this really enhanced our experience and was by far the best service we have received during any of our other airbnb stays!

Beautiful house and great for a Family or two couples. Loved the beach and pool. Lots of spacious room throughout the house.. and privacy between both bedrooms. Great location. Definately need a vehicle to get around for exploring and shopping. Our host Shanice was amazing and always quick to respond.

White Sands Beach House was exactly as advertised. Minimalistic modern aesthetic which was perfect for us. The pool and ocean were perfect and the beds are extremely comfortable. We could of used a few more large drinking glasses as there were only 4 so we were constantly washing them. The only thing I can think to say about this property is I wish I owned it! Superb! Chef’s Kiss!

The white sands beach house is exactly as pictured. Wonderful beach and indeed a luxury home, and the pool is great.

This is a nice, minimalist house with a beautiful private beach. It's about a 20 minute drive to Palencia. There are a few items to note about the space: 1. The house does have two bedrooms, but one bedroom is only accessed from the patio or its own separate entrance from the driveway. While fine for adults, this isn't an ideal for children as they are basically in a separated unit. The house instructions strongly recommends locking the sliders accessing the patio, so you're locking your child/children in the unit each night. 2. Bring supplies with you - the house isn't well stocked, e.g., no shampoo, limited kitchen items, etc. (Vacasa did eventually bring us some bath items). 3. Beware of power outages. Power went out multiple times (Vacasa informed one day would be affected but gave us wrong day). While neighbors had backup generator, we and our car were stuck in the house as driveway gate couldn't operate (communicated with Vacasa but never came to open access panel for gate).

White Sands house was perfect! We were attending a wedding down the street at the NAIA resort and the location was perfect, especially if you rent a golf cart! We had a blast and loved having a great place to stay outside of the resort!

House was beautiful but we had no drinking water the entire stay. We reached out to Vacasa upon arrival and was told they’d check with the local rep. We never heard from them again and did not receive any drinking water.
