Our time in Rosie’s Villa can be summed up in one word: Amazing! She answered tons our questions months before we even arrived, and made sure we were connected with excellent excursion and dining options to make the most of our time in Playa Bejuco. Once we arrived, it was clear that the property was well-cared for and exactly as described. The pool was just the perfect temperature and my kids were so excited that there was an inflatable pool toy for them to lounge on. Sunsets from the balcony are a must! Felipe, the on-site caretaker, was extremely helpful and kind. He took care of any laundry we had, and kept the villa and guest house looking immaculate. We can’t wait to come back to Costa Rica and stay in Rosie’s Villa again!

Our stay was amazing. The home is absolutely breath taking. Even better than the pictures. It truly felt like a little paradise and made our Costa Rica trip even more special. Rosie was an incredible host. So communicative, kind, and helpful. She even helped book excursions for us, which made everything seamless and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Felipe, who takes care of the home, was also amazing. He helped us with our bags, was always available if we needed anything, took care of bugs when we accidentally left the door open with the lights on lol, and stayed on the property at night, which made us feel very safe on our girls trip. The service was impeccable. We always came back to a clean home with fresh towels. Rosie even reached out after our stay when a friend left an earring behind. We all work in hospitality and were genuinely impressed. Would absolutely stay again.

one of theeee most beautiful airbnbs i have ever stayed in. i actually cannot say enough great things about the home and felipe, the caretaker. he was so kind and beyond observant, he noticed that one of the boys was sleeping on the couch and brought extra blankets and pillows so he could make it a “bed” at night. he was always coming to clean and do the laundry, and we cannot thank him enough. he even woke up at 2am to help us pack our car and open the gate when we were leaving. the location was perfect, the house was perfect, and rosie was so responsive and helpful. i would 1000% recommend and return back to this airbnb. it had everything we needed and more, and we had the absolute best time!!!

The house and area surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Showering outside is truly an amazing experience! Rosie, the host, made our stay even better. She offered a tour around the grounds where she pointed out the different animals and plants on the property. There was some bridge construction and Rosie even made the effort to tell us about them, and offer us an earlier checkin. She was also quick to respond to any questions before our trip. There are grocery stores nearby and restaurants. The beach is only a short drive away. We took advantage of the private chef and the food was amazing, with plenty of leftovers. We used the pool everyday and were spoiled by Felipe doing our laundry and cleaning up everyday. There is a gate into the property, so if safety is a concern this house was very secure. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at Rosie's villa. We used both the main house and the separate guest house. The houses were large, plenty of room. We made great use of the well stocked kitchen to make quite a few meals when we preferred to stay in (and enjoy the pool!) as opposed to going out for dinner. There are several good restaurants just a minute down the road. The caretaker Felipe was amazing, he stopped by every day to freshen the house up, wash pool towels and any laundry we wished him to do. Rosie and her husband Bruno gave us a wonderful and very thorough tour of their beautiful property. The air conditioners in the bedrooms and main room cooled everything off within minutes of being turned on. But during the day we typically had all the doors open for the wonderful breeze to come through. Rosie was super prompt and thorough in all our communications. We would highly recommend staying at Rosie's villa.

Amazing place to stay! By far the best Airbnb experience we have had! Rosie is a great host and her place is impeccable. The views are spectacular. You could just stand in the deck and take in the views day and night! Perfectly captures the beauty of Costa Rica!

We had an incredible stay in Playa Bejuco! Rosie went above and beyond from the very beginning—communicating with me before our arrival and helping us arrange a guide for Manuel Antonio National Park. Our guide, Albin, helped us spot creatures we never would have seen on our own. We also took a surf lesson with Bruno and his friend, Orange. They were incredibly encouraging, patient, and fun to learn from while our whole family figured out the basics of surfing. We splurged on a catered meal prepared at the house by Kenia Salas, and it was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Every suggestion Rosie made during our visit was 5 stars. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and tucked into lush tropical foliage with birds all around. The sunsets were breathtaking right from the house, and cooling off in the pool was perfect at any time of day. Felipe took excellent care of us, tidying the house in a very subtle and unobtrusive way. This place is special.
