El lugar era seguro, muy cerca de la playa se podía ir caminando, tenía todo lo que se podía necesitar para dormir y para cocinar y el servicio al cliente excelente, cuándo llegue estaba lluviendo y estando en el condominio me costó encontrar el apartamento por lo cual hice una video llamada e inmediatamente me ubicaron

Le logement est à 3-4 minutes de marche d'une très belle plage - Playa Ocotal. Il est parfait pour un couple. Le logement était propre et sécuritaire. Plusieurs commodités sont fournies, notamment laveuse, sécheuse, climatiseur, ustensiles, etc. Le stationnement est sécurisé. Des surveillants sont présents 24/24. La pression d'eau n'était pas stable, mais nous avons été averti de ce point par le gestionnaire et cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé. L'entrée au logement est moins attrayante, mais cela peut convenir si vous cherchez le calme. Chose certaine, le prix du logement est compétitif. Nous avons visité d'autres logements dans le secteur pour notre prochain voyage et nous sommes bien à l'aise avec le prix payé. Je vous le recommande.

Very responsive host, 1-2 minute walk to Ocotal Beach, private gated community, communal pool was great, was nice to have laundry in unit. Minor issues included stove not working, kitchen water pressure (was fixed after notifying host), only given two rolls of toilet paper for 8 days, and minimal hand soap, shampoo, etc. Host was very responsive though in dealing with issues. Also offered late checkout which was very helpful. Vista Ocotal is a very well kept private community and we felt very safe.

The staff were so helpful when we arrived early offering a secure place for our luggage to free us up to explore the beach until our unit was ready. Staff went out of their way to guide us to our front door, assisting us with our luggage. The condo was a short safe walk straight to beach. The condo pool was quiet, clean with some shade to be found no matter time of day. Our unit had a small private patio where birds and wildlife could be viewed. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the tidal pools along Ocotal’s shores.

La pasamos muy bonito durante nuestra estancia, la habitación full equipada y muy bien organizada y cerca de las playas, esperamos volver!

La verdad es un lugar súper tranquilo, familiar y privado. Muy bonito todo. A pocos metros de la Playa, la verdad estamos muy contentos de haber escogido este lugar, súper recomendado 🩷

Beautifully put together studio. Great location, Snorkling and beach just a short walk away. Father Roosters restaurant on the beach had delicious food and a live band. Great communication with Garrett Group who was able to get maintenance right away when needed to repair a door lock issue.
