Located in Esperanza town, in a quaint neighborhood. 10 min away by car from Guiones beach. When visiting Congo Apartment you will have the opportunity to be immersed in Costa Rica's nature and wild life, recommended for 2 people, short / long stays. - Room W/ Queen size. - A/C in all the space & Ceiling Fan. - Kitchen. - Terrace. - Wifi 100 Mbps (with power backup). - Tropical Garden/ Parking area. - Pets friendly & Pura Vida environment. - Stairs submarine type to access to the room. The space The apartment is 10 to 15 minutes away from the beach by car or ATV. Book transportation is highly recommened ( exa: car, ATV,moto) The WIFI modem has UPS ( power backup) to dont miss your meetings. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire space. Other things to note - The apartment has submarine stairs to access the room ( no recommened for people with motion restrictions). - Is located in a gated community. So, expect sounds of kids playing around. The neighbors have a little farm with animals like chicken's, rooster and dogs. People that need 100% quiet conditions ( difficulties to sleep), maybe this rural area is not recommened. I cant control the sound of the animals at night or monkeys early on the morning.

Super séjour ! Très calme dans une résidence privée mais proche du centre et des commerces ! Logement bien équipé. Carlos a été très réactif à nos demandes. Je recommande !

WiFi was great. There’s a backup battery so the WiFi stays on when the power goes out. Good location. You need transportation. Great for a weekend stay! Clean. Easy to access.

Muy lindo espacio, diferente y divertido, rodeado de naturaleza y animales. Nos encantó el cuarto y poder tomar café por la mañana en la cama, con los ventanales que nos rodeaban. Tiene una ubicación excelente, es seguro y cuenta con todo lo necesario.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

Carlos is a great host and we appreciated his responsiveness. The unit is as described and was clean. Beautiful jungle setting very close to town. Super easy to get to restaurants and beaches. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep and as described by Carlos in the listing-note the bathroom is downstairs. There was an issue with the rooster next door and Carlos went above and beyond to resolve the problem with the neighbours. Thank you Carlos

the stay at this airbnb was generally nice. it was easily accessible by car and not far from the centre of nosara. the bed was cozy and the veranda was really cute. however, there were dogs and a cock which caused some noise. also the stair to the upper floor is steep. and there was a funny smell to the airbnb.

Very sweet little spot! My partner and I stayed here for a month and a half and it felt like our little oasis. Carlos was so helpful and responded quickly every time. Internet worked great, pure drinking water, great yard to sunbath in. You can either tuktuk or into town or walk to a restaurant near by and a little grocery store (about 20 minute walk). We bought a motorcycle for our stay and it was all we needed to get around. Highly recommend! Thank you Carlos !
