The house is beautiful.  The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the beds, however our host was quick to resolve our issue. I highly recommend.

Overall, very comfortable and with everything you need. He is always available for whatever is needed, but the house needs maintenance.

That house is stunningly beautiful; it's not very big, but they really went all out with the details. Very friendly hosts who took great care of me during my stay. I highly recommend this place to stay 🫶🏽

Nice place, clean, tidy, close to the IRTRA. The area is quiet and beautiful, and the house is very nice and comfortable. We found restaurants nearby.

Excellent option near the Irtra; easy to find, and around the development you can find everything – restaurants, plazas, pharmacies, etc. I loved the location; the setting is quiet, relaxed, and very safe. We saw security patrolling the area at all times to ensure peace and order. The house delivered on everything it promised: air conditioning in every room that works great, a fully equipped kitchen, and the showers had the added bonus of hot water, which is VERY much appreciated. Everything was clean and well-organized as it should be; the host's service was prompt and friendly at all times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente opción cerca del Irtra , fácil de localizar y al rededor del residencial encuentras de todo, restaurantes plazas , farmacias etc . Me encantó la ubicación , el entorno es tranquilo relajado , muy seguro , vimos a seguridad rondando x la zona siempre para garantizar la tranquilidad y el orden , la casa cumple con todo lo que ofreció , aire en cada habitación que funciona muy bien , cocina equipada y las duchas tenían el plus de agua caliente lo cual se valora DEMASIADO . Todo limpio y organizado como se debe , la atención del anfitrión fue rápida y amable en todo momento . SUPER RECOMENDADO volvería sin dudar .

Very nice house, the lights outside are very eye-catching. We really liked the Christmas theme, the decoration in the living room and dining room Everything was very clean and tidy, we were able to enjoy the stay, we wanted to stay longer.

Muy bonita la casa, la luces de afuera muy llamativas. Nos gustó mucho la temática navideña, el adorno en la sala y el comedor Muy limpio y ordenado todo, pudimos disfrutar la estadía, queríamos quedarnos más tiempo.

Overall the accommodation is pleasant, quiet, very close to the Irtra, a large TV, internet, equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. We still found traces of bread on the floor, but our reservation was last minute, I guess there wasn't much time to clean, so I understand. They don't allow the pool to be used for Airbnb services. They told us that the owner of the house already knows, that it is only for owners and that these rules have already been communicated by the neighborhood association. They shouldn't offer the pool, as it was a very uncomfortable time, finally after arguing for several minutes with the guard, they let us use it for "half an hour".

En general el alojamiento es agradable, silencioso, muy cerca del Irtra, una tv grande, internet, cocina equipada y habitaciones cómodas. Aún encontramos rastros de pan en el piso, pero nuestra reservación fue de última hora, supongo que no hubo mucho tiempo para limpiar, así que lo comprendo. La piscina no la dejan usar para servicios de Airbnb, nos dijeron que el dueño de la casa ya lo sabe, que solo es para propietarios y que son reglas ya comunicadas desde la asociación de vecinos. No deberían ofrecer la piscina, ya que fue un momento muy incómodo, finalmente después de discutir varios minutos con el guardián, nos dejaron usarla por "media hora".

It is our second time staying and it is certainly one of the best options to stay near the IRTRA parks, the place is very quiet, and the hosts are very attentive.

The house is very nice, well equipped, clean and visibly cared for. However, we had major security and billing issues. During the night a woman appeared outside the property asking for help because they supposedly wanted to kill her, which generated a lot of concern since I was traveling with my parents, brothers and nephews. The next day, in the pool area there were five people using drugs in front of everyone. Also, when requesting the invoice, it was not issued for the full amount of the stay. These aspects significantly affected our experience.

La casa es muy bonita, está bien equipada, limpia y visiblemente cuidada. Sin embargo, tuvimos inconvenientes importantes relacionados con la seguridad y la facturación. Durante la noche apareció una mujer afuera de la propiedad pidiendo ayuda porque supuestamente la querían matar, lo cual generó mucha preocupación ya que viajaba con mis padres, hermanos y sobrinos. Al día siguiente, en el área de la piscina había cinco personas consumiendo drogas frente a todos. Además, al solicitar la factura, esta no fue emitida por el monto total de la estancia. Estos aspectos afectaron significativamente nuestra experiencia.

When I booked, I asked for information about the pool and they told me that it was from 9 to 5, but 5 minutes before arrival, they informed us that the pool was not working, but was being remodeled and we arrived with 3 children and 2 young people who were excited to use it, then they sent us to another place where the pool is private and outside the residential complex! They offer an inflatable jacuzzi that doesn't heat up, and really can't be used as it should, the price is high for what they can really offer! Bad experience for me and my family, the house needs a deeper cleaning, I really felt cheated.

Al reservar pedí información de la piscina y me indicaron que era de 9 a 5 el uso pero 5 minutos antes de la llegada, nos informaron que la piscina no estaba funcionando, sino en remodelación y nosotros llegamos con 3 niños y 2 jóvenes que tenían la ilusión de usarla, luego nos enviaron a otro lugar donde la piscina es privada y fuera del residencial! Ofrecen un jacuzzi inflable que no calienta,  y realmente no puede usarse como debería, el precio es alto para lo que realmente pueden ofrecer! Mala experiencia para mí y mis familiares, la casa necesita un limpieza más profunda, realmente me sentí estafada.

The place where the house was located was nice and safe area. My only problem was the WiFi and water. There was no WiFi at all and there wasn’t any hot water. Other than that everything else was fine.

The house enjoys a good location, clean and safe. The spaces are according to the number of people. The bad thing was that there was no light at night and we had to sleep with heat leaving windows and doors open, going in insects and we couldn't sleep well that night. The description of the pool is confusing since it is not integrated into the house and only remains open until 5PM, when check-in is always after 3PM. It doesn't take time to enjoy it.

La casa goza de buena locación, limpia y segura. Los espacios están acorde al número de personas. Lo malo fue que no hubo luz durante la noche y tuvimos que dormir con calor dejando ventanas y puertas abiertas, entrando insectos y no pudimos dormir bien esa noche. La descripción de la piscina es confusa ya que no está integrada a la casa y solamente permanece abierta hasta las 5PM, cuando el check in es siempre después de las 3PM. No da tiempo disfrutarla.

We spent 3 excellent days with my family we were able to enjoy the IRTRA parks for 3 days, and what I liked is that the house is close to the parks. All the communication with Yonathan was friendly, he was always attentive all the way and the atmosphere of the place was quiet😃.

great location! very good security in the place and I felt like sleeping as all the doors and windows closed very well and the garage door closed very securely! Cleanliness is a point to improve in some areas such as bathrooms and bed but nothing that could not be fixed immediately, excellent place to rest with the family and close to the parks of the irtra. This is the first time I rate a place like this but it really did not meet expectations, the condominium is nice, but the basics of the accommodation that is the cleaning of beds and towels leaves a lot to be desired, we arrived and there was no light, they gave us until 3:40 pm because they still kept cleaning and I think they have quite deteriorated things, the coffee machine supremely dirty; the lock was already running out, the soap dispensers empty, we understand that sometimes some people do not respect the departure times but it should not be something that the next guest has to suffer.

Es la primera vez que califico así un lugar pero realmente no cumplió las expectativas, el condominio es agradable, pero lo básico del alojamiento que es la limpieza de camas y toallas deja mucho que desear, llegamos y no había luz, nos entregaron hasta las 3:40 pm por que aún seguían limpiando y me parece que tienen bastante deterioradas las cosas, la cafetera supremamente sucia; la cerradura ya se estaba quedando sin batería, los dispensadores de jabón  vacíos, entendemos que aveces algunas personas no respetan los horarios de salida pero no debería ser algo que tenga que sufrir el siguiente huésped.

Very cozy since when traveling as a family we had enough space, parking and a very safe place.
