The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen create an ideal space to gather with friends or unwind with a refreshment after a day of outdoor activities.

• Playa Dante and Playa Danita beaches, approximately a 3-minute walk away
• Over 10 unique restaurants and bars near the beach
• Las Catalinas Beach Club, about 5 minutes from the flat

The private Beach Club includes:

• Three swimming pools and lounge areas

Entry Fees

• Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with a $10 credit for consumables. Children under 8 enter free with limited access.
• Non-Member Las Catalinas Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with a $15 credit for consumables. Reservations required. Access limited to guests staying within the Las Catalinas community.
• Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am. Hours may vary and access is limited.

This experience is well worth the cost, especially for guests staying longer, offering ample opportunities for relaxation.

Guest Access

Located in the heart of the community, the flat provides easy access to the beach and three local Las Catalinas restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, Pura Vida Ride rental shop offers equipment for water sports, biking, and hiking. The recently opened Copper and Stone grocery store adds a touch of convenience and luxury.

Las Catalinas is a pedestrian-friendly community where motorized vehicles are prohibited. Cars must be parked in a central lot, and luggage assistance is available only during check-in and check-out. Additional valet services for deliveries or cart rides may incur extra charges.

The town is delightful to explore on foot and meets ADA accessibility standards.

For concierge services or activity bookings, please contact our property management company, Tropical Homes of Costa Rica. As an off-site company, direct concierge services from Las Catalinas are not available. Our chosen local company has extensive knowledge to ensure a smooth booking process.

Transportation and Parking

Transportation to Las Catalinas from specific locations can be arranged for a small additional fee. The drive from Liberia Airport to Las Catalinas takes approximately 50 minutes.

Starting April 1, Las Catalinas will implement fees for daily parking and valet services:

• Self-parking: $15 per day
• Valet service: $25 per day

The parking lot is a 3-minute walk from the condominium.

Additional Information

Las Catalinas is a vibrant, rapidly growing boutique town. While this development is exciting, there may be some construction noise during working hours. Please contact us if this could affect your stay.

The flat does not offer cable, satellite, or local TV services. However, internet-based streaming is available via Apple TV/Firestick in the living room, suitable for Netflix and similar subscriptions. There is no local telephone service.

Smoking Policy

Use of tobacco products—including smoking, chewing, vaping, and e-cigarettes—is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including indoor and outdoor areas such as patios and gardens.

If evidence of tobacco use or damage caused by such activities is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 USD will be charged.
