We fell in love with Kokomo. It is so quiet and peaceful. We kayaked, swam and snorkeled directly from the house. There was a wonderful breeze coming in and we only used AC at night in the bedroom. We spent most of our time outside on the porch or in the palapa on the hammocks. I never even sat on the couch in 10 days! The house is much bigger than the photos depict. We fed the iguanas and watched the hummingbirds and just relaxed!! Cannot wait to go back to paradise!

Kokomo is a GEM!! The house was perfect and we loved having the space to cook our own meals, spend time in the hammock, watch the crabs on the dock and the beautiful sunrises is the morning. We snorkled at the house and used the kayaks to explore the bay. Would strongly recommend a car (Ken knows a guy!) or you can walk 20 min down a busy road into West End and take a water taxi to West Bay. All in all, it was a relaxing stay and we were sad to leave at the end of our trip.

Can’t say enough about Kokomo!! It’s well off the beaten path, but only a couple of minutes from West Bay (you’ll want a car). The house is AMAZING and has steps directly into Gibson Bight. The open floor plan made it feel like a much larger space, even though it’s a good size already. This was the first vacation that we weren’t ready to go home from at the end of our stay!! The ambiance they have put into the house made it so comfortable. We cannot recommend this place enough!

The location was terrific right on the point beautiful view all day, long very breezy and cool most of the time you don’t need AC, plenty of great restaurants in the West End, good shopping, walk to a wonderful Dive Shop. Couldn’t say more nice things. we are definitely returning

Just perfect. Kokomo was the perfect retreat from the ‘real world’ for our family. The house is beautiful, a great location and well appointed with everything you need. Close (w a driver) to West End and West Bay for “action” and good dinning but at the end of a sleepy quiet road. Great views, even better breezes and plenty of water toys/gear. Clean and super comfortable. Cold A/C if you need it. Leo, the prop manager, is solid GOLD and the best guide on the island. He was the MVP of our trip and his service was first class all the way. Octopus Dive was also a low key top notch operation. Highly recommend and it’s a 3 minute walk down the road. A real deal, the way it was meant to be AirBnb.

The house is exactly as advertised. Located at the end of a very private road, it is a quiet, peaceful location. Feeding the countless hummingbirds and iguanas was a highlight of each morning. The house has tons of windows for great airflow, but if you like to sleep in, bring an eye mask as there is also tons of light.

Overall a great experience. Very minor issues occurred during the stay but host and property manager were responsive. The only thing that might prevent me from renting here again is the price. Killer location for sure but there are lots of values on the island I'm looking to explore. Very helpful and responsive host overall. If you can afford it you won't regret it

Ken’s place is amazing, I can’t say enough about it. You have everything you need, including both Ken and his property manager Leo who were both super responsive and helpful anytime we had needs or questions. Neighbors are friendly, and the area is quiet and private. The house gets a great constant breeze which kept the bugs away. Would absolutely come back here, thank you Ken and Leo!!

Very clean, no odors, no signs of pets or smoking that we noticed. Everything worked. Beautiful spot. If I were to design and build a beach house it would be almost exactly the same as this. You definitely need a car if you stay here. Windy spot, good news is that keeps you cool and no bugs, bad was not that great to kayak when we were there. We didn’t try snorkeling there didn’t feel comfortable there with the boat traffic and wind. Octopus right down the road will take you out for $25 pp. The food in Roatan is amazingly fresh and good, our first meal was at Titas, what a perfect introduction to Routan( and best mojito ).
