Absolutely amazing, private location. We saw sloths right outside in the backyard. Raquel was a fantastic host!

We had a wonderful stay here! The pool and grounds were beautiful and felt like our own private oasis. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and we loved the pool and jungle all around. The location was great too for some great day excursions. We are grateful for the hospitality and would love to stay again someday.

Green Paradise is just that. What a beautiful home with wonderful rainforest around it. Everything you will need while on vacation and more. Pool was a blessing and we enjoyed our time in it. Ruth made dinner the first night for my son’s birthday and it was delicious. Birthday cake for dessert with happy sang to him as well ! Plenty of room and the new addition of the hammock area with pura vida sign is beautiful. Any issues Raquel or Josh answered almost immediately. We were able to see the sloths and monkey family thanks to her father guiding us! Well worth the money couldn’t imagine it being any better

Our stay here was unforgettable. The home is beautifully decorated with original artwork that gives the space so much character. The kitchen alone is bigger than my first apartment and had every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. The outdoor space is just as impressive. The pool was stunning and kept at the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. One of the highlights of our trip was when the hosts prepared a traditional breakfast for us—it was incredibly delicious. The property also offers hiking paths through the forest. The hosts truly made the stay exceptional. They were responsive, kind, and full of helpful knowledge about the area. This is the kind of place where you could easily spend an entire week without ever leaving and still feel completely immersed in the beauty around you. Without a doubt, one of the most unique and expansive homes we’ve ever stayed in—simply amazing!

Raquel’s place was perfect for our stay in La Fortuna. The space was comfortable and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the monkeys and sloth in the back yard. The pool was perfect to cool off and relax after a day of hiking. The added bonus of breakfast at Ruth’s house went above and beyond our expectations! Raquel was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay again!

Raquel’s place was perfect for our large family of 10! The kids loved the pool, the couch was a great size for all of us, and the kitchen had more than enough dishes etc for what we needed. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and we very much enjoyed the breakfast at the host’s home 😊

If you ever find yourself planning a trip to Costa Rica in La Fortuna look no further for a place to stay. It was my 30th , Raquel and Joshua did an amazing job at making it feel really special. The house was beautiful, the location even better, and we even had our own little jungle in the back to explore. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Recommendations were amazing as well. Our favorite part though was our sloth friend Lupita who we got lucky enough to spot but if you’re lucky you’ll get visited by the cutest ground supervisors named Candy and Pulga! Over all our stay was nothing less than amazing. We can’t wait to come back. Pura Vida !

We were a group of 13 and this place was perfect. Raquel and Joshua were so responsive to all our questions. The house was incredible. We felt right in the jungle and saw spider monkeys from the kitchen. The pool was a great attraction. We would love to come back.

The house was amazing. We all had our own space and the house had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful with Raquel’s mom.

This was our favorite stay of the trip. The home is huge, spotless, and incredibly well set up for large groups, with plenty of plates, glassware, and kitchen equipment. You can tell real thought went into making sure guests have everything they need. The setting is stunning. I loved walking the trail into the forest and having coffee each morning fully surrounded by nature. It felt private and peaceful. The pool was exceptionally clean, and I’m picky about pools. AC in every bedroom and in shared spaces kept everyone comfortable. We really enjoyed that each bedroom is its own area of the house, and easy for everyone to have their own space. Our daughter loved the provided toys and small chair on the back porch, and the little perrito who visited became her best friend. We loved it so much we canceled other plans just to spend more time here. We’ll definitely be back.
