The unique layout, with the infinity pool in the center and individual rooms surrounding it, creates a special and inviting environment that brings everyone together and encourages a cohesiveness that is ideal for retreats, groups and large families. The space Casa MarBella is a boutique style hotel that provides a perfect venue for groups looking to have the service, safety, and privacy of individual hotel rooms, yet the intimacy of a private Villa. The Casa consists of 8 separate units surrounding an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. With the variety of 4 room styles, we can accommodate individual travelers, couples, families, and friends or large groups. The layout is ideal for groups as the common areas provide a space for everyone to be together but then the separate rooms also allow those to seek privacy when wanted. In total, the Casa offers 14 separate bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, and 6 kitchens. Our ocean view yoga terrace is another unique spot perched in the treetops; it’s not only a practical place to host activities, but provides a scenic setting to absorb the nature and reflect. It’s a perfect area for yoga as well as other group and individual activities. Casa MarBella works well as a retreat center, and we have accommodated various groups including Yoga, Surf, Women's' Empowerment, AcroYoga, Sculpture, and Detox/Raw Food Certification. It also works great as a Private Villa, ideal for families or a group of friends wanting to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, or just in need of a holiday. Moreover, it’s the ultimate sanctuary if need a place to house you, your wedding party, and/or guests. It could be your Boutique Hillside Retreat and your home while away. It’s your own oasis above the hustle and bustle of town, yet only a 5-minute walk to town and the beach. And you have the entire ocean view villa to yourselves, allowing more comfort and freedom. It feels like home… but better. - Room Breakdown - 2 Standard Rooms: each with queen bed, twin bed, mini-refrigerator, and private bathroom. 2 Standard Rooms w/ Kitchenette: each with king bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. 2 Suites: each with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony with ocean view off of the master bedroom, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the spare bedroom has a queen bed. 2 Luxury Condos: each on two levels with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen and living room, as well as a spacious ocean view terrace off of the main living area. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has one queen or two twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Total Beds: 19 King Beds: 6 Queen Beds: 5 Twin Beds: 8 The Hotel Sleeps: 30 people - Catered Meals - If you are interested in having all meals catered at the hotel (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), or maybe just a couple meals, we know a few local chefs in town that we can recommend. They can cater the menu to you depending on your preferences and the dietary restrictions of the group. The chefs use fresh and local products (except when not possible) and take care of the preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Basically, you don’t need to worry about anything. The price depends on the menu you choose, but this is something you can work out with the chefs before your arrival. We are also here to help! There are plenty of restaurants in town (several within walking distance) that we can recommend and that also do special menus for groups. We can even arrange to have the food from your favorite local restaurant delivered right to the hotel. Please feel free to ask us for more information. - Other Services - We manage the logistics, transportation, extra activities, cleaning, and accommodation so you can focus on the other things, including your program. We serve complimentary coffee every morning. And have a tea station, where tea is available 24 hours; it’s also complimentary. And in this same area, for your convenience, we have an honor bar stocked with a variety of beverages; it’s self-serve and you can pay in the end. We provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps. There is also a portable speaker we keep on the terrace. We have a water softener and UV purifier making the tap water and all the running water at the hotel safe to drink. This means you don’t need to spend money on water and reduces plastic consumption. - Enhancing the Experience - There are plenty of activities in town for everyone to enjoy and to enhance their experience. Popular activities include: Massages – are done right at the hotel on our ocean view yoga terrace Surfing – there are waves 365 days of the year here, and various breaks suitable for beginners all the way to advance; we can easily arrange surf lessons Snorkeling Tour – the best snorkeling in the area is at Isla Tortuga, and it’s an all-day trip that includes a scenic boat ride to Isla Tortuga, 2 snorkeling spots, and BBQ lunch on the beach *option to rent entire boat for a more private experience which we highly recommend Horseback Riding – can choose between a ride in the jungle, beach, or a mix of both Our favorite trip and what we always recommend to all our guests, is to rent ATVs for the day and go on an adventure to the nearby town Montezuma where there are waterfalls. We provide directions on a scenic route that goes through the jungle and the quiet town of Cabuya via Montezuma; the drive is our favorite part. There are also plenty of restaurants we can recommend for lunch. When you come back, it’s a perfect opportunity to go to a further beach you haven’t been to yet and watch sunset. We can arrange any of these activities for you for no extra cost. Guest access We want our villa to be your home while you're visiting. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa as well as the outdoor property. Other things to note 4x4 is recommended for the roads in the area and to get up our hill
