The Space
Villa Cristal is a newly constructed three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home designed for families and couples who enjoy entertaining. The villa combines an expansive open floor plan with cozy, private bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom.
The spacious living area has soaring two-story ceilings, dramatic two-story windows, dark wood doors and cabinetry, a floating staircase, and a modern stainless steel kitchen. Large covered outdoor areas provide comfortable spaces for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the panoramic Pacific views.
Guests can unwind in the Jacuzzi, cool off in the infinity pool, or relax in the covered courtyard while watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. The villa also includes a bar area for socializing and an entertainment room with a 50-inch television.
Bedrooms
Each of the three bedroom suites is arranged to provide privacy and comfort.
- The master suites include en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and televisions.
- The two second-floor ocean-view suites have private balconies.
- The ground-floor suite offers direct access to the covered terrace, pool, and outdoor hot tub.
Views
Wide Pacific Ocean views can be enjoyed from all three bedroom suites, the living and dining room, the covered terrace, and the private balconies.
Maintenance
To help preserve the garden and pool, maintenance is performed every Tuesday. The crew will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimize interruptions during your stay.

Great place with great views. The pool is an amazing place to relax and take in the view. I was disappointed that there is no shared beach access from the property as listed. But the beach is a short drive. House is very private and secluded which is great.

Hands down, this is the most beautiful home we’ve ever had the privilege of staying in. The view is spectacular—jungle green, then the blue Pacific, and sunsets beyond compare. Oscar, the concierge, was kind and helpful and promptly responded to any questions. The furnishings and beds were lush and comfortable after all our outside activities. The A/C was amazing. But the best part of the whole place is the pool. Sitting in the pool and watching butterflies, grasshoppers, lizards, birds, monkeys. My whole family loved every minute. Thank you, Esteban, for sharing paradise with us. We cannot wait to come back some day.

This place was amazing! It’s located minutes from Dominical beach town and local shops and dinning. The place was super clean and had great views!!! Also the entire kitchen was stacked with utensils so making dinner and staying in was easy as well. Overall great experience, Esteban was super communicative and helpful, we have stayed at alot of places in Costa Rica and this by far was one of our favorites!

Pictures don’t do justice…the Villa is wonderful and the surroundings even more so! Very well located, near by beautiful and quiet beaches, small town Dominical and many other attractions (one hour away from Manuel Antonio Park, 15 minutes away from Nauyaca Waterfalls, half an hour away from Marino Ballena Park, etc). Esteban is always ready to help and the house provides for everything you need for a great stay! I totally recommend it and would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing the house with us :)
