• A fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a complete set of cooking utensils and dinnerware.
• A main floor living room with a TV, dining area, storage closets, a half bathroom, and a laundry room.
