The Space
The villa showcases a lovely Spanish colonial style and includes:
- A front porch on the first level overlooking tropical gardens, perfect for reading or enjoying a relaxed morning coffee.
- A spacious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite full bathroom.
- A second bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, a twin-size bunk bed, and a full ensuite bathroom.
- A fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a complete set of cooking utensils and dinnerware.
- A main floor living room with a TV, a dining area, storage closets, a half bathroom, and a laundry room.
- Air conditioning throughout the villa with independent controls for each floor and bedroom.
- Wi-Fi access available inside the villa as well as in the pool and barbecue areas.
Amenities
Guests have access to:
- Two barbecue grills with outdoor seating.
- A spacious swimming pool featuring a waterfall and loungers for relaxing, reading, or sunbathing.
Pueblo Colonial is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly asked to do so respectfully on the sidewalk outside.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, with a cosy, well-equipped condo, lovely pool, and lots of greenery and palm trees around. We stayed with 4 adults and it was a perfect fit. The location is calm but still only a short walk from the busier part of Tamarindo, so you get the best of both worlds.

I absolutely loved this place! Amazing atmosphere! Beautiful EVERYTHING. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know to come and stay. The contacts we had were great, they made some local recommendations and were really communitive about any questions we had.

Had a great trip toTamarindo. The place is immaculate and exactly as advertised. The grounds were very peaceful and a 10 minute or so walk to the beach and middle of town. I would definitely recommend Sonia’s place.

It is about a 10 minute walk to town and restaurants within a few blocks. We liked Tamarindo and the quiet property. Lucha tacos narby had happy hour drink specials and good food! The villa was spacious and the front porch a great place for coffee and beers. The kitchen was well socked and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

We absolutely loved our stay. Sonia was so warm and welcoming. A quick walk to resteraunts and grocery stores and a 15 minute walk to the beach. So you felt like you were in the mix but it was very quiet and peaceful at the place. Would definitely recommend!!!

We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Colonial. Very quiet and safe, yet close to all the action. The place, the pool and the grounds were incredible!! The host was outstanding and made our stay even better - thank you Sonia, we hope to be back one day!
