This place is amazing excellent location, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals, everything is very close, at night it is very quiet, the people in charge of security in the condominium are number 1. I definitely recommend this place to enjoy your stay.

Typical 3 bedroom condo in Managua. Ricardo was extremely responsive. Had a small issue first day that hot water was not working as advertised. We reached out to Ricardo and he sent someone within the hour and had it fixed! House was perect for our needs, close to hospital and good restaurants. Private, gated community with 24/7 security. This rental is a great choice in Managua.
