Great Host!

This was a beautiful place to stay in Ometepe, the property was great and had everything we needed during our stay, the kitchen was particularly great for anyone who likes to cook and the herb garden was lovely to have as well. It’s in a gorgeous location, very private and has one of the best sunset spots on the island. The host were great, very friendly and always responsive. Helping to resolve any issues within an instant and also helping to arrange transport for us which made it a very stress free experience. I would highly recommend staying here, we hope to be back soon!

If we could of stayed longer, we would have! It was a bit hard to find, I highly suggest following the YouTube video that is sent to you for directions as it helped a lot but once you’re there, it’s beautiful. The kitchen has everything needed, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water!! It was super cute. Loved it - recommend it !!! 🤩🤩❤️❤️ also host was super helpful as we needed a place last minute, super communicative!

The property right on the lake is really a fantastic place and we really liked the privacy you have there. The furnishings and amenities are also very tasteful and thoughtful. Of course, we were prepared for insects and other living things to be avoided in a place in the middle of nature. We would still have liked the house to be a little better shielded against it, because there were really many visitors. The toilet was unfortunately unsanitary when we arrived, but I think that was because the last cleaning was not immediately before our arrival.

It was a great experience staying at the place. There was so much space you have a lot of privacy and we could enjoy the sunset every evening from home. Was absolutely worth it.

That place is a jewel. I would stay there ten nights if I would do it again. Ometepe was fantastic and that place made it even more special. All the island is reachable from there with a motorcycle. The most beautiful sunset of Nicaragua is from the backyard there. Amazing patio. Cutest inside. Thank you so much.

The place is great for two people who want to unplug. The direct access to the lake is a dream! However, there is little going on around the space. Without your own scooter or the like, there are few opportunities to do anything. The service was great! It was always responded to promptly and responded to the needs.

All in all, a clear recommendation! :)

Wonderful location, it was off the beaten track, by which I mean it was off the road where the main road turns to unpaved, but we rented a couple scooters, which was very easy to coordinate with Anna's team, and had a absolute blast. We are not young, but we loved scooting around the island.

Anna's place is also very cool. Off the grid, which I was curious about, it turned out better than I anticipated. The composting toilet didn't smell, that was my initial worry, but the staff (like elves!) cleaned it without even being seen! Full kitchen, though we didn't cook (I don't think I could have traveled with eggs on the scooter). The decor was lovely & natural, the informational signage was clear & a nice touch.

Best part was the spot. Totally private, except for the horses and the fireflies and the random toad who hung out with us on our last night. I swam while hanging out with herons. It was magical. I would, and hope, to come back someday.

We absolutely loved our stay at seed, it‘s a beautiful well-thought through space with a beautiful garden and your own entry to the lake.

If you’re into nature and meeting all kinds of animals, small and big, this is for you.

I would want to point out that the space really is off the grid and very secluded. As we had unknown human visitors entering the space while we were gone, I was glad I was there with my partner and not just by myself.

The only things that we were lacking were a coffee machine and more comfortable seating options, as for us the displayed futon couch was not fully available. I would totally and whole heartedly recommend staying there though!

We are more than happy to have stayed in this little haven of peace. A beautiful ecological experience, in the heart of abundant nature. The 2 volcanoes are visible from the courtyard, it's absolutely wonderful. A real relaxing, intimate getaway, but at the same time accessible to visit the surroundings and attractions of the area by scooter.

The hosts are super enveloping and generous with their time. My boyfriend and I will definitely repeat the experience and we have also already recommended it to our loved ones🙏🏻☀️.

What an amazing place to stay in Ometepe. It can be a bit tricky to find but I think Anna leaves very clear instructions. The place is so special with an amazing view of the lake and a nice little herb garden which we really appreciated. It was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this place. The house is designed beautifully. There were plenty fireflies in the garden and the lake front location was awesome. Merida is quite a remote town and feels very rural, which we enjoyed a lot.

Seed is like a little paradise lost in luxurious Nicaraguayen’s vegetation. Start your day by swimming in the lake in front of the house with a splendid view of the Volcanos, enjoy a quiet yoga / workout session on the deck and then a good cup of coffee.

Bathroom is always clean and cleaning crew is super discrete, never seen them yet it was always clean ! Kitchen is functional. WiFi works great. The place is super peaceful but it’s still very easy to get to all the good places to eat etc.

I would recommend everyone renting this place to have an ATV or a motorbike to get there as the dirt road gets pretty tough for a car or even a truck (vegetation scratches, apparent tree roots, holes, rocks etc.)

We had a really good time at Anna’s beautiful house!

If you are searching for a peaceful place at ometepe, that’s the place to be!

The place is beautiful, great views in front of the lake, and truly surrounded by nature. Only was it can be hard to reach as the road isnt the best-- but i personally feel it adds to the secluded and tranquil beauty the location offers.

I highly recommened! I was so comfortable here, and my new husband and I spent two days just lounging around on the porch in the hammock and swimming in the lake!

Beautiful cottage on the lake, where you can relax and enjoy on the covered terrace.

The location of the place is amazing. The host is just lovely and has amazing staff who are fantastic and super helpful. I would only caution that the location is very rustic. I would recommend a high clearance 4-wheel drive to get here. The Google directions led me to an impassible road, I went another way and almost destroyed the car. The house was great, still a work in progress but the staff was amazing at working out any kinks right away. The host was SO tolerant of me being annoying with a rescue dog I was trying to save, what a sweet person.

The place is so relaxing and beautiful, with stunning sunsets you can enjoy right from the front yard. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and feel at home.

Would definitely stay here again!
