Important note about PARKING: • We have only 7 internal spaces for 11 studios. • It is mandatory to notify when booking if you need parking, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. • If one vehicle blocks the exit of another, we will coordinate with guests to move it so that the other vehicle can exit. • No free space is guaranteed for any guest. • It is mandatory to send the registration details and description of the vehicle after the reservation has been made. • The administration is not responsible for any damage that may occur to vehicles, inside or outside the property.
