Beautiful Casita / mountains near Orosi Valley

Michael var venlig og imødekommende. Han hentede os ved bussen og tilbød er lidt da vi skulle afsted igen. Huset er stort, pænt og meget rent. Vi have 2 gode overnatninger med helt ro og mulighed for at slappe af. Orosi ligger tæt på og kan nås med bus - det er nemt.

Lovely place to begin a Costa Rican holiday, a few kms from Paraiso with a kitchen I could make a little meal and look out on the garden and grounds. Michael stayed up late to give me the keys and answered questions about the area quickly. After traveling the hot shower was most appreciated and the Wi-Fi was strong. Very comfortable bed although in a hot spell a fan would be nice. They have dogs but they are within their part of the property not accessing the Casita. A very relaxing home base for a couple of days! Plus a small world connection which was fun.

Es war wunderschön und Michel sehr freundlich. Es hatuns alles gut gefallen.

Ein hübsches Häuschen, im Kolonialstil eingerichtet mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet, in einem wunderschönen riesigen Garten mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Orosital, einen Teil des Cachi-Stausees und die dahinterliegenden Berge. Und äußerst gastfreundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Ein kleines Juwel im Orosi Valley. Hier fehlt es an nichts! In einer gehobenen, angenehmen und vor allem sehr sicheren Wohngegend ist diese Casita mitten in einem zauberhaften Garten gelegen, neben dem Wohnhaus vom Vermieter Michael. Dieser war überaus zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm diskret, und versorgte uns mit allen möglichen guten Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Nuestra estadía fue de nuestro completo agrado. Bello lugar, seguro, tranquilo y aseado. Michael y Ani muy agradables excelente trato.

Die Casita ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Garten, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Es sind ca. 700 m bis zur Bushaltestelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Michael was a great host, quick to respond to questions, gave useful information about the area, and we would return . Pura Vida !

Michael’s casita, while spartan, was very clean, private, and comfortable. It is a secure property located close to the beautiful town of Orosi, which offers many restaurants and shops, but for me, the location was great because it was centrally located in the Central Valley - which offers many vistas, (one of the best being right at the back of Michael’s property where one can view all of the Orosi Valley and the Mountains behind) challenging hikes in and around Tapanti national park, and a peaceful atmosphere. And trips to the beach or other attractions are generally within a couple of hours drive, so I was able to both take in the fantastic beauty of the mountains and the Central Valley, yet drive to the Pacific or Carribean coasts easily. Michael was a great host. Super nice guy who with 15 years as an ex-pat living in Costa Rica had tons of local knowledge and solid experience with the whole of Costa Rica.
