Villas are fully stocked and beautifully designed, with queen or bunk bed options. Perfect for larger groups that want to enjoy private space, but have shared amenities like a pool, BBQs, and playground. Encanto is conveniently located across from a large supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery & shops. The space Encanto is a private and enchanting gated boutique community of 9 villas with shared lush outdoor space that includes a pool, loungers, 2 gas BBQs, picnic tables, a covered poolside gazebo, and even a playground. Each villa has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and is perfectly suited for up to 4 people per villa. We have options for units with two queen beds or one queen and one bunk bed with two single beds. Each villa includes a large, fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances (including a coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, blender and dishwasher). Enjoy air conditioning in every room, a work desk, smart TV, high-speed fiber optic internet, and a private outdoor seating area, surrounded by your own private lush garden. At night, you will find serenity in the beautifully lit trees that surround the property and the alluring poolside lighting. Encanto is a community conveniently located off the main road, making it accessible to supermarkets and stores by foot, yet a quick ride to the most popular beaches in the area. 8 min drive from Tamarindo, 18 minutes to Playa Grande, 20 minutes to Playa Avellanas. Extra cleaning of your villa during your stay is available upon request. We cannot guarantee that your two units will be right beside each other, as it depends on availability and your preferred bed arrangement. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. Please note that we do not allow pets. We offer access to laundry machines in the common areas for a flat fee of $25, as well as options of additional cleanings and towel and bedsheet change services. Please note that during peak travel seasons and due to increased tourism and ongoing construction in the Tamarindo area, this may impact noise levels and at times traffic may be heavier than usual.
