This is our second time staying here and it won’t be the last. One of the highest houses in Rancho Santana with amazing 180° views and unforgettable sunsets. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably, and the house can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The design and layout make it feel spacious and well thought out. Robert was very responsive and kind, his team: Leonor and David were so nice and the location makes it easy to get to the Inn and nearby beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in multiple rentals within the Ranch and this was by far our favorite home.  Private, great space, stellar views, comfortable, very clean.  Excellent housekeeping and landscaping crew.  Easy check-in process, easy check-out.  Great home for the value.  We will prioritize this as our rental of choice moving forward.   Also, our second time renting with Getnica.  They are very easy to work with and communicate well.

We had an amazing stay at Casa de los Cielos in Rancho Santana. The ocean views were spectacular, and at night the stars were incredibly serene and relaxing, truly the perfect place to detach. We came as a group of friends on our first time exploring the Emerald Coast, and everyone had a blast. The home’s amenities made the experience even better, and Getnica and our concierge, David, were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. As many others have suggested, you do need a car. We’re definitely coming back!

Having stayed at the Ranch prior we knew what to expect, but the view and house exceeded our expectations.   You want to get out and explore the Ranch and the surrounding areas, but it's tough to leave the property.  David was awesome and around everyday minus Sunday taking care of the pool and property.  A cleaning lady was on property all day Mon/Wed/Fri.  They too were awesome and very detail oriented.  Would definitely recommend and our group is already discussing when we will get back.

By far my worst Airbnb stay. The house itself was pretty great, but it's not located on the beach or walkable at all. You need a 4x4 vehicle to reach this hidden property. But these were the issues: - The address was never given to us and our driver couldn't find our house for 45 minutes on the property. When I finally received a message back from the host they were rude. - From there, the main bedroom's toliet broke, we had no hot water for over two days and the refrigerator wasn't working and all our food spoiled. The house had beautiful views and would have been a great stay but the host didn't take care of the maintenance issues and our check in experience was stressful after an extremely long travel day.

Although these issues have not been raised by other guests, especially your host’s manner and response time, we appreciate the opportunity to improve. We apologize for the issue with the refrigerator. It hadn’t been mentioned by previous guests but has since been replaced. As we explained on multiple visits during your stay, the hot water temperature at the farthest point of our home requires patience of 2 minutes for the hotwater to arrive at the faucet. Unfortunately your driver couldn’t find the property with the L9 lot number you provided to gain entry to Rancho Santana. At any point Security will escort a guest to the house. David our assistant is also awaiting your arrival at the house and is able to show you the way if lost. We recommend saving our local number to call and help if issues arise. What you refer to as "hidden" most guests consider private (even though there are 10 other homes on our street) and typically considered walkable to 2 beaches and no 4x4 required)

We had a such an awesome stay at this beautiful home in Nicaragua. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly cleaning crew who were just wrapping things up since we got there a tad bit early. The house itself is thoughtfully designed inside and out, with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen (unlike some Airbnbs we’ve stayed at). The landscaping is lush and well-kept, and the indoor/outdoor surround sound system made it effortless to transition from dinner to poolside sunset vibes without ever touching a portable speaker. Truly a relaxing and well-equipped stay — highly recommend! Thank you guys so much for a great few days at your amazing home, we’ll be back! Matt

We LOVED staying at Getnica's house in Rancho Santana. The house was goegeous with spectacular ocean views. The kitchen, bedrooms and accomodations were top notch. And nothing can beat sunset in the infinity pool. Getnica was a great resource for all things we needed including transportation to and from the airport. The house manager David was always available for any needs we had. This is a must stay in Rancho Santana. Can't wait to get back!

This house is amazing. We felt at home.  The pictures don’t make justice to how beautiful it is. We hope to come back again! Isa with Getnica was helpful and available to us for services needed like cook and transportation. She also was available for any questions or suggestions we needed.

Stunning views.  Cool layout of bedrooms with outdoor access and dedicated bath for each.  Very comfortable and plenty of kitchen amenities.  Pool and poolside chairs are great. Location is great, too, though 4x4 or AWD is needed and if you were to have two cars, it will require just a little patience to tuck them in.  Directions could be amended to say that you should turn left at the second road near the horse stable.  Locks on doors and the handles were tricky or not all fully functional though RS feels safe all around.  Be sure to add the total number in your party when booking to get accurate pricing.  I appreciated the communication with the manager of the unit and their flexibility.  Finally, a very quiet location, less than a mile from the main “campus.”  A fantastic place.

Amazing views & beautiful, clean home. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had before the trip and throughout. You’ll need to pay the resort fee & make reservations if you want to eat at any of the restaurants within the Rancho Santana community (except La Taqueria) but there’s lot’s of options outside as well. It’s ideal to have a driver or rent a 4x4 if staying here.

Hello, this place is located in Rancho Santana, A luxury resort with its location and stunning views, the house is large and has everything you need to have a good time,  its pool and terrace is one of the best things, the property is private,  something to improve is that the cost of the property is high and you have to pay a feed to be able to use the amenities of the resort being inside. Second, the cleanliness of the rooms has to be improved and having extra bedding, I think the amenities like soap, shampoo, towels are very limited and when you pay for a house of this type, one expects not to have these issues. In general, I give it 8 out of 10.  Ojo dos Aacranes came out in our stay inside the rooms

Hola, este lugar esta ubicado en Rancho Santana, Un resort de lujo su ubicación y vistas impresionante, la casa es grande y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen tiempo,  su piscina y su terraza es una de las mejores cosas, la propiedad es privada,  algo a mejorar es que el costo de la propiedad es alto y hay que pagar un feed para poder usar las amenidades del resort su estando dentro, segundo la limpieza de las habitaciones hay que mejorar y tener ropa de camas extras, creo que la amenidades como jabón, shampoo, toallas es muy limitado y al pagar una casa de este tipo uno espera no tener estos contratiempos. En general le doy 8 de 10.  Ojo dos alacranes nos salieron en nuestra estadía dentro de las habitaciones

The place was clean and well kept, however the check in was at 5:30 as opposed to 3, and we were not given additional time at checkout, we enjoyed our stay, but there is definitely things that could be better, like placing soap in the showers and additional shampoo and conditioner as well, for the price we paid that is the least we expected as well as a bit thicker sheets. We had a lot of blackouts and generator failed to start in the morning we decided to go to the club house while they sent someone to start manually, I asked the host to let us know when it came back and we never got notified it had started , also we were given just 2 additional trash bags, we would stay again though.

Beautiful property in Rancho Santana! It’s one of the highest houses in Rancho with a short drive from the reception area. You will enjoy the privacy that Casa de los Cielos offers. The sunset views are priceless and one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen in Nicaragua. Plenty of room for a family of four or six. House was very clean and well equipped. I would stay here again!

1) Beautiful home and amazing views! 2) Great onsite staff David and Leonor, they were extremely helpful and resourceful to fix inconveniences that came up during our stay, above and beyond their job description. 3) Smaller pool than it looks in the picture by 1/2 the length and 1/3 the width (both ends are shallow, and the width has to steps that prevents swimming). 4) Rooms cannot be accessed from within the house. If you have younger children, you will not be able to hear them if they call at night and you have to go out of your room to the outside of the house to get to them or if you need to get to the kitchen for a glass of milk etc. 5) Door and windows do not lock. You have to lock everything from inside, then walk around the house to get to your room. 6) Electricity goes out every day, but there is a great generator that activates automatically within ten seconds back to normal. 7) I would rent this house again.

Not a bad room in the house. Every bedroom had views of the ocean. Great design. Excellent communication, and the hosts were flexible with check in-check out times. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds! We also really enjoyed, Cheddar the local cat😻

Amazing home with stunning views, beautifully landscaped gardens with infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Every aspect of the property exceeded expectations: From of the layout of the home, to the amazing views of the ocean and stunning cliffs, the expansive kitchen, indoor/outdoor speaker system, well appointed guest rooms and a great staff including the caretaker David, who was kind and very helpful getting us settled in. Also the property is a large gated community/ resort with many great amenities and beaches. Would definitely come again!

I’m giving a 5⭐️ Not only because the house was beautiful, very comfortable and clean but also because Olga, Robert and the 2 people working in the house (David and Leonor) were always available to answer any questions and were very helpful  when we needed anything.

Una estancia única. Nosotros fuimos en familia de 6 integrantes 4 días reservados. La llegada a la casa está bien detallada y es fácil de llegar si sabes seguir direcciones. Al llegar a la casa te sorprendes por la vista que está tiene, la casa linda, todo muy limpio y ordenado .  Las playas están cerca, en total como 4 o 5 playas lindas. Lamentablemente por el clima nuestra estadía no fue la mejor. Pero Olga y Robert estuvieron muy atentos a todo lo que preguntábamos y su servicio en casa y todo fue genial. Muy agradecido con ellos y esperamos volver pronto con mejor clima para tener la mejor experiencia. Olga and Robert excelentes.

Just came back from Rancho Santana. We are a family of 4 and I have to say I did not know what to expect. Once there I have to admit it was one of the most beautiful places I have visited. The house sits on top of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. What an amazing view. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are great. The living room is perfect with huge floor to ceiling windows over looking the ocean. The appliances are updated and we cooked everyday as the main restaurants are fairly expensive as is the grocery store on site ($6 for bread). There is a few local grocery stores nearby where you will save a lot. The rental was easy and you definitely need a 4X4 especially with the hilly terrain. David the Gardner/Pool boy was amazing. Great to enjoy the clean infinity pool everyday. Robert was always available to answer any questions as he lives nearby. Yes there are bugs as it is a tropical location but not inside the house. Always a strong breeze kept the house nice and cool without the need for AC. We used AC in the bedrooms at night only and you really won't miss it during the day. The breeze is great. I highly recommend this place for any families looking for a nice getaway. Do note that it is a 2.5 hour drive from the airport but Robert arranged a ride for us to and back to the airport. During the day it is a very scenic drive and almost feels like a paid excursion. For all you golfers there is a 9 hole course nearby but don't have your hopes up in terms of course conditions. There is also a Championship golf course nearby but unfortunately they closed it due to the virus. Had a great time at this house. You will love it.

The lay out of the house was absolutely perfect. The pool along with the endless view was spectacular. The food on the premises was equally amazing. Worth trying all three of the restaurants. I would definitely rent a vehicle as everything is pretty spread out, and there is so much to explore!

This is the 3rd time staying here and it’s always been awesome. The staff and Olga is great.

The house is absolutely stunning - incredibly modern, insane view, beautiful pool, overall GREAT set-up. Robert and Olga were super responsive and accommodating. My only flag is to pay attention to the fine print - you cannot use air conditioning during the day, and if you want to use air conditioning in the living area at all, you have to pay extra. The house bakes in the sun in the afternoon, so it gets unbearably hot.

By far one of the best views in Rancho Santana. There really isn’t a camera that can capture what the human eye sees from the top of this hill. We loved the layout of the house and the constant breeze in the main area. We can’t wait to book our next trip.

Olga and Roberts place in Rancho Santana was amazing! Views from the pool at the top not the mountain were stunning and there was plenty of space to roam around. Each of the rooms being individual suites w their own bathroom was plus as well. Definitely a lil piece of paradise. The host were quick to respond to any of our needs and we felt very safe and secure. Will be back!

We absolutely loved Olga & Robert’s home @ Rancho Santana..! My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights but we seriously wished we could have stayed for much much longer. The pool and the view were even more impressive in person. The small market down the street surprising had a really great selection &  everything we needed for BBQ’ing and making dinner and snacks. Also obviously the beaches & restaurants close to the house were great too when we actually decided to leave the house. LOVED being the house at the top mountain (king of the hill type feeling!) Would Love to come back again someday..! Highly recommended!

The perfect spot, good job of the host to help us with the arrangements. 

The house is in a great location  and the  view is worth it.  The cleaning lady "Leonora" and the gardener "David"  were full of information about the area and very helpful.  Make sure you are driving a 4x4 specially on rainy days.

Olga was amazing. The best Airbnb host we've had. Very responsive, great ideas and local information. She followed up with things and helped reserve things and connect us to activities. We had a small issue with the coffee maker and she corrected it fast. The people hired to cook and keep the pool clean were excellent and so nice. after having spent many times at Rancho Santana over the last decade this was by far the best location on a hilltop with spectacular views. the house is modern in style and very comfortable to live in. Olga and Robert are wonderful hosts who made our stay easy and comfortable. Cleaning and gardening were perfectly organized by them. We organized our same own cook like previously. Our grand children loved the pool. Happy to return at any time.

The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. Much more impressive in person. All four bedrooms are detached from main house with their own separate entrances and bathrooms, allowing for total privacy as well as ocean views from every room. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The house is so nice and laid out very well. I have stayed at many Airbnb homes throughout my five years in Nicaragua and the one was my far the best. Olga was great with communication and made our stay there a memorable one. I strongly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This house has a truly enviable location overlooking Playa Rosada. It has the best-equipped kitchen of any home we have ever rented plus a wonderful infinity pool in a beautifully landscaped garden.  We were also grateful for the bottled water, the air conditioner and ceiling fan in each room and the back up generator. It is very conveniently located within Rancho Santana which is our favorite vacation destination in Nicaragua. The  view of the ocean from this house is incredible but be aware that the orientation of the house means you will get lots of direct sun in the afternoon. You definitely need a car to enjoy staying here. Finally, Olga was incredibly responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Olga and Robert’s. The house was perfect for a group of seven. Well appointed and very clean.  The view from the house is incredible (pictures don’t do it justice) and Rancho Santana is a beautiful property. Bellavista is a very comfortable beach house with breath taking views. You can enjoy your own private pool ar take a 3 minute dirve to the clubhouse. Olga and Robert are both very helpful people!
