Location
Casablanca is located in the Chacocente Wildlife Reserve, approximately one hour from Managua. The property sits directly in front of a turquoise sea with crystal-clear waters.
Tupilapa offers a spectacular beach, unforgettable sunsets, and the opportunity to witness turtles arriving on the shore.
The Space
This beautiful two-story colonial house offers a privileged view of the sea. Guests can also relax in the nearby rancho, which is equipped with hammocks.

- Rate: $200 per night for up to 8 people
- Additional guests: $25 per person for groups larger than 8
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people
- Cook available upon request
- A four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended
Guest Access and Transportation
Private round-trip transportation from Managua to Tupilapa is available for $80. Transportation can also be arranged from Granada or Masaya to Tupilapa.
If you rent a car, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. From the airport:
- Take Pista Suburbana to Highway 01 toward Diriamba.
- Continue onto Highway 08 toward Casares, Huehuete, and Tupilapa.
Public buses also run from Diriamba to Tupilapa. Check the schedule before departing.
Energy System
The property recently installed a photovoltaic solar system consisting of:
- 14 solar panels
- Two 6-kilowatt-hour inverters
- Three 5-kilowatt-hour batteries
This system provides energy independence during power outages.

Overall the house is beautiful, is big enough for up to 10 people, everything was clean, A/C worked in all rooms with no problem, smartTV was even included on the masters, WiFi was working great, it looked exactly like the pictures. Would 100% recommend for families (this is not the place for any type of party) it’s more towards family oriented and for relaxation,

Our stay was simply amazing. The house is beautiful— even nicer than we expected— with an incredible beachfront view that makes every moment special. The heated pool was one of our favorite spots, always clean and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The bedrooms are very comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked— it truly has everything you could possibly need and more, including two refrigerators, which is a huge plus if you're traveling in a group. We especially want to highlight the attention from both the caretaker and the owner, who were always attentive and available, providing excellent and very friendly service. The pool is cleaned daily, which really shows how well the property is maintained. Access was also quite good; we were able to get in with a sedan car without any issues, as the road had recently been leveled and, being the dry season, conditions were favorable. We absolutely loved

Casa Blanca es sin duda un lugar muy agradable para pasar en familia, la casa es super cómoda y cuenta con buenos espacios para disfrutar en familia. El Sr. José Antonio fue muy amable en sus interacciones conmigo y siempre estuvo pendiente durante nuestra estadía. Aida también siempre está atenta de cualquier cosa que los huéspedes puedan necesitar. Esperamos poder volver a visitar Casa Blanca.
