To make it clear - you need a 4x4 vehicle to reach this location. Description was not clear in that regard. The hill is no joke even for 4 young in shape adults. Multiple things broken (dishwasher, toilet, AC remotes) The view is amazing and the actual apartment is spacious and nice. If you don’t mind driving up a steep hill it’s a great option for the area.

We had a great stay at Alice’s house. Location was perfect with a beautiful views and sound of the ocean. Watching monkeys and birds while sipping coffee was a perfect way to start the day. House was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. All bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed meeting Alice who gave us some tips about the neighborhood. Wish we could stay longer !

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Alice's place! The location above the town was so peaceful. I miss the sound of the surf and the birds etc. We had great space for a family. The kitchen had everything you need for preparing meals (we did breakfast and one dinner). We walked to and from the town and the beach a few times - it was about 10 minutes down and a bit more coming up the hill). The one surprise was the steepness of the hill but we got used to it. It is beautifully paved with bricks so the drive was in great condition, just steep! Loved it and if we go back to Santa Teresa, I would choose to stay there again! We also loved the focus on sustainability and zero waste! Also, Alice was very responsive and helpful - we really enjoyed meeting her at check-in.

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz, toller Aussicht, guter Ausstattung und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Anfahrtstrasse ist sehr steil, ein 4wd-Fahrzeug ist von Vorteil.

What a beautiful view of the ocean! The house was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Alice was helpful and answered all our questions. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings! The pool in the community was great to cool off, and many restaurants close by. We had a great week as a family and hope to come back here again!

The view is amazing!! Although the front gate attendant tried to explain where the house was, he had to show us. The directions were not clear once you got into the community. It's not walkable to the beach or the pool because of the incredible steepness of the road, but very close to the beach access, stores, and restaurants. This community is eco friendly, which means you have to wash and separate your garbage. We were unaware of this until we got there. There were lots of beach towels for us to use, which was nice. We saw monkeys and lizards from the house. There was plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenage children.

Had a great time staying at Alice’s home Was a little tricky to find in the dark but Alice is a great communicator! Incredible views, comfy beds, and can easily fit 6-7 people. Kitchen was well stocked and Alice gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do Would definitely stay again!
