The third bedroom also includes a queen bed and terrace access, with a third bathroom conveniently located across the hall.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A no-tolerance policy is enforced regarding loud noise or disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints or evidence of disturbances may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,500. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on repair costs.
• Costa Rica residents booking with local credit cards may be subject to an automatic IVA tax charged by their bank, separate from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly by your bank.
