The space KODU Apartments & Suites is an elegant fully furnished apartment complex, with all the amenities included. Located in Santo Domingo, Managua's most exclusive residential area. Other things to note ** For stays from one MONTH to more, the consumption of Electrical Energy is not included. A Deposit will be requested upon arrival, from which the amount corresponding to the electricity consumption of the period will be debited. *Check-in is at 2:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am. You order that you meet the check out time, otherwise you will be charged $25.00 for each hour of delay. *Pets are not allowed, regardless of species or sizes. * It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartments and hallways, nor the entry and consumption of toxic substances or any kind of drugs. In the event that they violate the above mentioned, the guest must pay a fine in the amount of $250.00.

- Pets are not permitted, regardless of species or size.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and hallways.

This was my second stay at Kodu Apartments and, like the first time, everything was impeccable. The place is always kept tidy, very clean and comfortable. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are modern, well maintained and have everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay. You can really see the dedication with which they maintain the place. I will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the apartments for a week with a family of 6 ( 2 kids), and we felt very comfortable and safe. The place is very quiet and clean. Overall a good experience and we would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Managua.

Lovedddd this place. Modern , AC in every room,  bathrooms impecable, with hot water. The compound has a security at the gate 24/7 and a pool. Will be coming back here

Terrible experience with Kodu apartments unfortunately. Firstly there was absolutely no privacy whatsoever in our apartment so you couldn’t have the blinds up to let natural light in.. staff and other guests could see easily into the bedrooms and living room. No filtered water provided, the water was very cloudy & disgusting. No extra bin bags provided, so after filling the bin that was it. They have a huge oven.. but don’t provide any baking trays… so oven is useless. Literally worst stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in in an Airbnb… no washing liquid for washing machine. I contacted the host about some issues and mentioned about the lack of privacy and asked for some bin bags & oven tray, their response was to tell me to leave and give back the apartment … great customer service. You’ve been warned… Luckily Airbnb sorted out a refund for the nights we stayed so I thankfully didn’t waste any money on this terrible Airbnb!

Great spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Area felt 100% safe. The galerías aren’t walking distance but very close especially if you go via the back road. My family and I enjoyed the pool and gym. Staff was highly responsive and attentive.

My family absolutely loved KODU Apartments & Suites, it is exactly as advertised I’d say even better they exceeded my expectations in every aspect highly recommended, amazing location high standards of cleanliness and luxury accommodation would love to stay here again anytime!

They saved my trip. After booking at another location which false advertised everything, they were able to accomodate me for an overnight stay before my next morning flight.  Cleanliness, safety,  amenities, everything!!

I'm so happy we chose to stay here. The maintenance staff is always making sure everything is clean and working well. There is around the clock security guard outside making sure your car is safe and greeting you as you arrive to the complex. Karina the administrator, is such a pleasant person to deal with. She was so easy to communicate with, and very helpful. We had a family emergency and she kept on offering her assistance and was very accommodating to our needs. The complex is new and well kept. There are a few apartments for all types of needs. We stayed at one of the biggest apartment which was a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, super clean and well equipped with all the necessary tools you need. We stayed short of a week and felt like we were at home. The place is a quick 3 minute drive to the mall, walking distance to a plaza with lots of restaurants, 3 minutes to the grocery store. It is located on one of the safest areas of Managua. The place is right in the city but felt away from the city because of how quiet it was. The complex has a pool, a bbq area, a gym and a lounge area. This place will fit all your travelling needs. Whether you are a family of 6 or a couple travelling, they have the space for you. I highly recommend Kodu Apartments. I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in Managua. Once again, I want to thank the Kodu crew for welcoming my family and making our stay, a wonderful one.
