Denise was wonderful to work with and very responsive from start to finish. The place itself is beautiful, and the patio views were absolutely amazing. It’s about a 5–10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the marina, close enough to be convenient but far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful.

The only small downside was the stairs, which were a bit much for my elderly mother. That said, we were told an elevator will be installed soon, which will make this place even better.

Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it.

This was THE BEST!!! We booked the top three floors of this villa for 9 people and had the absolute best time. From the beginning, Denise and her daughter were extremely communicative and helpful - providing recommendations for transportation, food delivery, and chefs, and even booked our airport transport for us. The pictures seriously don’t do it justice! The property is unbelievably beautiful, very clean, modern, well stocked with kitchen needs and towels, and has fantastic AC. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet, but within very close walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the marina. We had the best time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette and wish we could stay longer! Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment in a residential area of Cabo , walking distance from everything.

We enjoyed the big terrace overlooking the city and the bay.

Denise has a beautiful home a little north of all the craziness of Cabo but still only a 10 min walk downtown. Was very pleased with the home, it was more than I expected and would recommend to anyone who is traveling to Cabo as long as your not a college spring breaker trying to party at her home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is great and it’s nice to have the grill to make burgers. Location can’t be beat. We walked every night into town. Thanks for the great place!

Denise was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and had great suggestions for us. Casa Amistad was lovely! Walking distance from downtown Cabo. Close and Safe! Our family vacation was wonderful! We look forward to returning.

This place couldn't have been better!!! The house is larger than it looks, it's well furnished, very clean and the pool was the icing on the cake!! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted from this location, even all the way to the beach, but the house is nicely tucked in the hills so it feels very private and exclusive. I also liked how the community was gated, that added some extra security and peace of mind. Overall we felt very safe in Cabo, the locals are friendly and willing to offer suggestions for just about anything you need. Denise and her property managers were very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. I highly recommend using the car service to and from the airport suggested by Denise, they were always on time and they even took us to Walmart to stock up on food. We will certainly be back!!

This place is GORGEOUS!!! Nice quiet, safe neighborhood, but close enough to walk to everything you'd like to walk to. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice bathrooms, and a wonderful kitchen. Not to mention the infinity pool with the amazing view! Stay here - you won't regret it!!!

Really can't say enough good things about our stay. Great communication prior to arrival, great reception at the villa, fantastic property with much more space than we were expecting. The best part about the villa is how close it is to some of the best restaurants in all of Cabo. Less than 5 minute walk to eat at several of the top 30 tripadvisor rated restaurants in the city. Would highly recommend this villa to others and would absolutely stay there again.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It is far more spacious than it looks. It was absolutely perfect for 2 couples, of which we probably could have fit more, but we're perfectly suited. The infinity pool was so pretty & a perfect addition for a sunset swim. There's a grill on the patio as well which isn't pictured. Wine fridge, and 3 different a/c units that cool down quickly. We had someone that greeted us, cleaning services, and a guard guy at the bottom of the stairs. Couldn't have picked a better location. They're the Pedregal residences so walking distance to marina, 25 min walk to beach (take water taxi). Very centralized.

If you're looking to host a large party, there's no point at looking further than this listing. After an extensive amount of research I found that this villa was by far the best one. It exceeded expectations in terms of what the unit had, was central to all the action in Cabo San Lucas and my entire party felt as though we're living in the lap of luxury.

We booked this floor as well as the one below us. Everyone I was with agreed this villa was the highlight of the trip.

Denise's place is amazing, the ! The place looks even better in person, I highly recommend! The kitchen and the appliances are top knotch it was unfortunate we did not use them. There is a security guard 24/7 which was very attentive and helped us feel very safe. In addition David was very attentive and available to our needs. Denise was also very accommodating due to our unexpected flight change.

Lovely home in Cabo. The pictures are accurate, but the home feels even better when you're there. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The private pool was a hit with the kids. Located conveniently close to town - many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We also enjoyed the water sports at Medano beach and walking at Pedregal beach, a beautiful, secluded, uncrowded beach (both beaches are a short drive away). David, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive. A great experience overall - highly recommend this place for visitors to Cabo.
