Spacious Villa with Open Concept Design
Enjoy over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space in this comfortable three-level villa. It’s perfect for large groups but also cozy enough for smaller gatherings, offering plenty of opportunities to connect and spend time together.
The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, with easy access to beautiful outdoor spaces. Whether you’re cooking, dining, or relaxing, you can do so as one happy and relaxed group.
Living Area, Kitchen & Dining
If you prefer to prepare your own meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and ample space. Alternatively, you can have your hosts arrange a private chef to prepare meals while you relax at the large dining table or unwind in the living room watching the 75-inch TV.
VIP Concierge Service
Your VIP experience begins before arrival. Once you book, the Casa Vida Team will provide detailed information about the villa, directions, and available luxury services. We assist in creating your itinerary, booking restaurants, bars, and must-see locations.
Upon arrival, a team member will give you a tour of the impressive property and share recommendations for activities in Tulum and the surrounding area.
Outdoor Space
Head to the rooftop to discover one of the villa’s standout features: an open-air lounge with an infinity pool, spacious cabanas, beanbags, and sun loungers. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking up the sun.

Six Bedrooms
All six bedrooms are beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable. The villa includes:
- 3 master bedrooms with king-size beds
- 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds
Each bedroom has a private bathroom and access to a private balcony, allowing you to start your day by stepping outside into the fresh air.
The newest bedroom at the rear of the villa is an elegant, modern space with large windows that fill the room with natural light and provide garden views. It features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and direct access to the back patio.
Seven Bathrooms
With seven bathrooms spread across three floors, you won’t have to wait to get ready. Each bathroom includes luxurious showers, soft towels, and toiletries for all guests to enjoy.
Additional Amenities
- Parking: Two parking spaces are available at the villa. Additional parking is available on the street, provided you do not block driveways or other properties.
- Remote Working: High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the villa for work or staying connected with friends and family.
- Televisions: The main living area features a 75-inch TV. Five other bedrooms include 65-inch TVs, perfect for watching movies or streaming services.
- Security: Located in a safe and popular neighborhood, the villa also has a security guard on duty at night to ensure your peace of mind.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces and parking areas, for the duration of their stay. Please remember to remove your shoes before entering the villa.

The beach is just a five-minute drive away, and Tulum town is easily reachable on foot.

Car and scooter rentals are also available and often more cost-effective than taxis, which tend to be expensive in Tulum.

Came here for a bachelorette and the house was exactly how they advertised it. Safe neighborhood, security kept us safe, and very spacious. Only thing is that one of the rooms is not fully connected to the house, and it has an outdoor bathroom with no air conditioning. So getting ready for those girls was a little bit hard.

I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! We stayed here for a bachelorette trip with a group of 14 girls and it was perfect. Charly and Anthony helped us coordinate everything from booking our dinner reservations, recommending boat/catamaran companies, private chef to come to the house, and arranging transportation. It made this such a seamless trip and cannot thank the team enough for making it all happen. The house itself was very clean, beautiful, and tons of space! The rooftop pool was also incredible. Charly is extremely responsive and was able to quickly get back to me all weekend. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend others to also! 10/10!

We stayed at the airbnb for a bachelorette and it was the perfect amount of space for 10 girls. Each room had its own bathroom and the beds were nice and clean. With that being said, unfortunately there were a few things that were not as mentioned in the listing. One of the bedrooms was not attached to the main house, we did not find steam room, and it is not a gated community but a gentleman who would sit outside the house for a few hours at night. Additionally, when we went to utilize the pots and pans in the kitchen they were extremely dirty under the sick. Overall it was a nice stay and the house does look like the pictures but I don't believe we would stay again.

Casa Vida is one of the most beautiful homes I've had the opportunity to travel to. It looked just like the pictures. We were a group of 13 people and the house was more than comfortable. The rooms were massive! Super comfortable beds and big and clean bathrooms. The rooftop pool is STUNNING! The location is great and private security is a plus. We felt right at home. But what made this stay even more special was Charly! He was there to help us from the moment we booked till we left Tulum. He was responsive and caring. 10/10!! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Highly recommend Casa Vida Tulum for anyone planning a trip with a large group! There was plenty of space and the house was very clean. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is on a roof and was spacious enough for 10-15 Also, there was air conditioning in the home to keep us nice and cool, and Salvador (security) was outside every evening to add an extra layer of safety. Charly/Carlos made planning our trip so incredibly easy and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We needed to find last minute transportation less than 24 hours before our trip due to another company falling through, and Carlos was a hero in helping us find a company that could assist our group of 15! The private chef (Hoja Santa) was incredible and accommodated to any allergies we had. They were professional and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen before leaving. If you decide to cook in the home, I recommend picking up some basic essentials on your grocery run (oil, aluminum foil, etc.)

Wonderful stay for 16 girls. Concierge service was very handy and responsive even before our trip. Transportation was arranged and arrived timely. Overnight security guard was provided which made us all feel safe. Would def stay again

The villa was beautiful and just like the pictures. Appliances were in working order; we had everything we needed. Charly/Carlos was very helpful in offering all of the concierge services. The decorations they had set up in the living room were amazing and exactly what we had asked for! We had a balloon arch and separate balloons that said “Tulum Before the Groom”, all that stayed up during the entire stay. The private driver was prompt and professional. We needed a last minute taxi on a separate day which was arranged through Carlos, and although it was expensive, he had warned us ahead of time of how much to expect. Overall, the location of the villa made it easy to walk to a nearby grocery store and some cute restaurants and cafes. The chef had prepared brunch and dinner for us. They were very polite, professional and cooked delicious meals! It seemed as if we were at a restaurant but in the comfort of the villa. The rooftop and pool was so stunning and a great area to relax.
