We had an incredible stay, and Manuel was truly an A+ host. From the moment we arrived, the house exceeded our expectations—it was even better than the photos and absolutely perfect for our vacation. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The housekeeper was amazing and kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. Julio was also incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting with anything we needed and making the experience completely seamless. We felt so well taken care of and truly at home. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

The house is nestled inside Quivira’s private community. It is well decorated with plenty of space for large families. Each bedroom comes with a full bathroom providing privacy and the footprint provides great separation. The backyard’s infinity pool and fire pit area were the perfect location to start and end every day. Julio helps keep the house running and was available to answer any questions and troubleshoot anything that arose. Shuttles on the property only run from 9-5 daily so you must plan for additional transportation to get around. It is a short 15 minute drive to get to the Marina area for all activities and restaurants. You have access to the main resort pools, restaurants, golf course and beach. If you want the best of both worlds and extra space to spread out with your family then this is the perfect house for you.

Exceeded our expectations.

We had an amazing stay at Manuel’s brand new home! The home was in many ways not even broken in yet. We were blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at the home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home Manuel and his team were outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the chef experience that the team organized. Thank you for an unforgettable stay
