The Space

Welcome to Casa Puesta del Sol Villas 1 & 2, two adjacent side-by-side villas located in beautiful Playa Langosta. Each villa offers 3,300 square feet of contemporary living space spread over three levels, combining luxury with a bright and airy atmosphere. Together, the villas provide a total of 6,600 square feet, featuring 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms plus 2 half bathrooms.

Each villa includes:

• 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
• Partial ocean views
• A private pool
• Accommodation for up to 10 guests (20 total across both villas)
• Three stories of glass windows showcasing views of the pools, ocean, and tropical gardens

The first floor of each villa features an open-concept layout with:

• Living room
• Half bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Dining area
• Laundry room

On the second floor, you will find:

• Three bedrooms, including master suites with king-size beds, large walk-in closets, and spacious en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in showers
• Smaller terraces overlooking the pool and lush gardens
• Additional bedrooms with king beds, pull-out sofas, bunk beds, en-suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets

The third floor contains the fourth bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors opening to balconies that offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. These bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms with:

• Villa 1: Dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a modern freestanding tub
• Villa 2: Dual sinks, dual shower, and a jetted tub beside large ocean-facing windows

Villa 1 sleeping arrangements:

• 3 king beds
• 1 full pull-out sofa
• 1 twin-over-full bunk bed

Villa 2 sleeping arrangements:

• 3 king beds
• 1 queen pull-out sofa sleeper
• 1 twin-over-full bunk bed

Both villas are decorated with custom furnishings and artwork sourced from local Costa Rican artists. Much of the woodwork is handcrafted by a local artisan.
