The space was wonderful. Tucked away with an amazing rooftop. As for the host Ximena, I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was extremely proactive, responsive and friendly throughout our whole stay.

Great place! The terrace is the highlight of this accommodation!!! We had our coffee there in the morning and a small beer at the end of the afternoon. What a pleasure: the view of the Fuego volcano was fantastic. The beds are super comfortable, and all the rooms are very clean. Ximena is an accommodating and responsive host. I highly recommend it! Great location: close to everything (10-15 min from the center) and still secluded.

Super logement! La terrasse est le point fort de ce logement!!! Nous y prenions notre café le matin et une petite bière en fin de PM. Quel plaisir: la vue sur le volcan fuego était fantastique. Les lits sont super confortables et toutes les pièces hyper propres. Ximena est une hôte accommodante et réactive. Je recommande fortement! Super emplacement : proche de tout (10-15 min du centre) et tout de même à l’écart.

Spacious. Private. Walkable. Stayed as a family. Close to parks, playgrounds and city center. The terrace view is stunning. Two things to be aware of, one is the dog barking and the other is the celebratory church fireworks. If you're out and about most of the time, you don't notice. If you're like us, and stayed in more, you do. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Maria’s house is a cute place, it is small but very well equipped, space is really well managed, has everything you need for your stay. Once you get inside you are greeted with a bottle of wine, that’s a nice touch which you can enjoy at the cute terrace that has a nice view. It is a quiet place to stay. It was a bit difficult to find so please make sure you pay attention to instructions given by her, it’s a dead end road then you take stairs to get to the place.  Overall I would recommend it, they even have detergent if you want to wash clothes which I haven’t seen at other Airbnbs. I would stay there again.

The interior of the accommodation is very cozy. It is very well equipped, clean, tidy and smells good. We really appreciate the gift that Ximena left for the birthday boys. We are a group of 8 people and we liked it. We recommend it. There were two uncomfortable situations with the transportation hired through the host. We definitely do not recommend that service.

El hospedaje por dentro es muy acogedor, está muy bien equipado, limpio, ordenado y huele bien; se agradece mucho el detalle para los cumpleañeros que nos dejó Ximena, somos un grupo de 8 personas y nos gustó, lo recomendamos. Hubo dos situaciones incómodas con el transporte contratado a través de la anfitriona, ese servicio definitivamente no lo recoendamos.

Very good accommodation, I would 100% recommend it. Ximena is very responsive and was able to quickly resolve a small shower problem. The neighbors' dogs were a little noisy in the evening. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful to us.

Très bon logement, je recommande à 100%. Ximena est très réactive et a pu résoudre rapidement un petit problème de douche. Les chens des voisins étaient un peu bruyants le soir. Nous avons ou laisser nos bagages quelques heures après le check out, cela nous a été très utile.

We had an amazing stay in Antigua! The location was perfect ,close to everything, which made it super easy to walk around and explore the city, restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. The place itself was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and had such a nice atmosphere. One of our favorite parts was the terrace with a beautiful view of the volcano, which made the stay even more special. The host was absolutely amazing ,so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and responsive from start to finish. She made the check-in and check-out process very easy and stress-free, and she gave us great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and cafés, which were all very helpful during our trip. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She even gifted us a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. You can really tell she cares about her guests and wants them to have the best stay possible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recom

Ximena’s place was great! It had everything you may need. We would recommend this place especially if you are having a longer stay in Antigua because it had so many amenities. It is a little further away from restaurants/bars but only 10-15min walk. It was a little tricky to find but if you pay attention to the directions given, you shouldn’t have too much of an issue. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

Ximena was an amazing and kind host who was responsive and very thoughtful as well! Her place is very well kept and also comfortable to stay at! Great walking distance from the city center. Would stay here again if I were to visit again.

The house is very nice and very well furnished, with a washing machine, dryer, and more. It is located on the outskirts of Antigua, but just 5 blocks from all the action, in a fairly safe, well-lit, and quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful terrace from which you can see Volcán de Fuego and Acatenango. Ximena's service is amazing. Always attentive to making sure everything is perfect, and providing accurate information.

La casa es muy agradable y muy bien equipada, con lavadora, secadora y demás. Se ubica en las afueras de Antigua, pero a tan solo 5 cuadras de toda la acción, en una Colonia bastante segura, iluminada y tranquila. Hay una terraza preciosa desde donde se puede ver el Volcán de Fuego y Acatenango. La atención de Ximena es increíble. Siempre atenta a garantizar que todo esté perfecto, y brindando información precisa.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and the spaces are comfortable. Just a little noise from the neighbors.

We so enjoyed our stay here. It was incredibly spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable during our stay. We LOVED the water dispenser! Buying water for 4 people and hauling it on foot is quite a task. We were so grateful to not have to do that. The highlight of the stay was the beautiful rooftop. You can see the volcanos and the view is gorgeous. I would love to return to Antigua and spend a longer stay at this place. We only stayed 2 nights but I would have loved to be able to buy groceries and enjoy breakfasts on the rooftop as they had everything required for cooking. It's mentioned many times that there are a lot of stairs. We did not find the stairs to be steep or difficult to climb at all. There is a dog that barks nearby, but after staying in a few other places in Guatemala I think it's VERY difficult to find a quiet place. I found this place to be much quieter than other areas of the city.

From the day of booking she was very friendly. The day of check in she left a complimentary wine which was a pleasant surprise. The home was beautiful, & the terrace had the most amazing views. Definitely recommend

This place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and the patio was our favorite living space! Beautiful views. Very clean, tidy and comfortable accommodations. Easy to get to Antigua city center by walk or a cheap Uber. However - definitely not a place for anyone with mobility difficulties. The location requires lots of stairs to get to.

We spent a month at the condo, and really appreciated everything. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are clean with plenty of towels, and the terrace has some of the best views in Antigua. Ximena was very responsive, and helped us with any needs or concerns that we had. We can't recommend this place enough. Book it today!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and had the space we needed for our family of 6. The only complaint was there are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up to get to the house. It was also a bit difficult to carry our luggage up the spiral staircase in the house. It has a fun patio on the top of the house to relax and has a view. We also loved experiencing the Antigua architecture in the home.

Very nice accommodation true to the photos displayed and the amenities advertised. The neighborhood is a bit far from the city center, but it's easy to walk. Ximena was available by message as soon as I had a question. She also agreed to take our bags before arrival so we could visit the city more easily. Several small touches were in the accommodation to facilitate our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Très beau logement fidèle aux photos affichées et aux commodités annoncées. Le quartier est un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais cela se fait facilement à pieds. Ximena était disponible par message dès que j’avais une question. Elle a également accepté de prendre nos sacs avant l’arrivée afin que nous puissions visiter la ville plus facilement. Plusieurs petites attentions se trouvaient dans le logement pour faciliter notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Place is beautiful and has a lovely view of the volcanoes. It’s a little outside of Antigua but it’s walkable.

Its a great house for a small group, you can walk to the center of antigua in 8 minutes. House was really clean and beds were great! Definitely coming back another time

The location was clean and comfortable. It was noisy with a rooster and barking dogs though. The access to water was thoughtful, and it was nice to be able to watch Netflix on the evening. Thank you Maria for a nice stay.

Great stay and very easy to get to everything and the recommendations were on point!

Ximena responded at all times. He was aware of our arrival and we had no problems. In front of the street where you enter the house there is also space for parking.

Ximena, is an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive, with a gorgeous home. The home is generous with its space, and amenities, with a gorgeous view from the terrace. We got locked on the terrace one day, as we moved the plant pot keeping the door open, and Ximena was with us within the hour to open the door for us, which was very quick!

Overall a good stay in Antigua. Pros are that property is as described and host is responsive . Next door there is a dog that does bark occasionally, nothing the host can do but do be aware. As the host describes there is about 30 steps to get to the property . Good location in north of Antigua, about 10-15 mins to the center plaza .

The most helpful host! Maria was quick to communicate, provide us detailed pictures and directions to find her place and even booked us a shuttle on our next leg of our trip. The place was clean, matched the photos and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. The rooftop terrace was perfect to relax and enjoy the view. Loved this place!

this was a great place in a quiet neighborhood but still very walkable. The place itself had everything we needed including laundry and shower essentials which was great. Maria always got back to us quickly and accommodated all of our extra requests!

Ximena Maria’s place was a great stay in Antigua. It is walkable to many restaurants and activities. She was also very responsive and helpful. We came to Antigua a little early and she let us drop off our bags early before check-in so we could explore Antigua without holding on to them. Would recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat viel Platz geboten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Schnell war man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Antigua. Da die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet war, konnte man sich sehr wohl fühlen und direkt entspannen. Immer wieder gerne.

Great host, good communication. The apartment was just as described. We enjoyed the lovely views from the terrace upstairs. We liked being just outside of the main town so quieter. Steep steps to get up and to the balcony ( as described) which was not a problem for us and gave the good views. It didn't take long at all to walk into the main part of town

Lovely view and amazing place to stay. I recommend the view at the terrace its astonishing view of the city and many others amenities to do downtown is very close and also very close the Cross as well loved it will definitely be booking soon

Ximena Maria was very responsive, the place was very clean and organized. The location is tucked away, with a beautiful rooftop terrace view overlooking the city. As other reviews have mentioned, it does require going up 2-3 flights of stairs, but that was no problem for us.

This accommodation is very good.. It should be mentioned that it has some steps to access approx. 25 but they serve you heating 😀 for the ascent to the volcanoes. 🌋 It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant.. 2 private bedrooms and one open with 2 beds, well equipped kitchen.. room with 6 squares, large tv, a small dining room, laundry and even a small terrace, 2 full bathrooms one on each floor.. Upon arrival you get a pleasant atmosphere to vanilla and at the bottom a bottle of wine🍷... As to the location is in a cul-de-sac, but don't worry it is a safe and very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, very close there are small shops to prepare breakfast🥣... 200 meters away is an avenue through which the small taxis tuk tuk and 15-20 quetzales take you to any point... Or if you prefer you can walk 3-5 minutes to the Merced and bars, restaurants and craft shops. Ximena is a former host

Este alojamiento es muy bueno.. Cabe mencionar que tiene algunas gradas para accesar 25 aprox. pero te sirven de calentamiento 😀 para el ascenso a los volcanes 🌋 Cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia placentera.. 2 dormitorios privados  y uno abierto con 2 camas, cocina bien equipada.. sala con 6 plazas, tv grande, un pequeño comedor, lavandería y hasta una pequeña terraza, 2 baños completos uno en cada piso.. Al llegar te recibe un ambiente agradable a vainilla y al fondo una botella de vino 🍷... En cuanto a la ubicación está en un callejón sin salida, pero no te preocupes es un vecindario seguro y muy tranquilo, vecinos amables, muy cerca están pequeñas tiendas para preparar el desayuno 🥣... A 200 metros está una avenida por la que circulan los pequeños taxis tuk tuk y por 15-20 quetzales te llevan a cualquier punto... O si prefieres puedes caminar 3-5 minutos ala Merced y encontras bares, restaurantes y tiendas de artesanía. Ximena es una exelente anfitriona

Únicamente hay que mencionar que es necesario subir varias gradas para llegar al lugar. Nosotros visitamos el lugar con adultos mayores que se les complican las gradas. por todo lo demás el lugar es perfecto y con muy fácil acceso a todo el pueblo con transporte público

A very pleasant stay, and Ximena is very attentive and always attentive to everything we needed. The only thing but, the neighbors have a dog that was just barking all day, and it was very annoying to sleep or rest. As for everything else, great!
