Beach front condo with semi private beach

Chris was very responsive and helpful! This place had a beautiful view, just a few steps away from the beach! Beautiful location. Stairs up to the loft were very steep, and I would be nervous with small kids going up and down, but my pre-teens did just great!

Beautiful location! Having the beach right outside your door was key to allowing us to relax and slow down. My husband also had an amazing time fishing along the rocks right outside. We would definitely come back at stay!

Great condo and location next to the beach. Be warned if with small children that the railings on the porch do not provide a lot of coverage. Easy for a little one to slip between the railings!

Chris was very responsive. The place was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Property is close to many restaurants and main Flamingo beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. But you have your own semi private beach right downstairs, where you can do snorkeling as well. We had a great time. Thank you Chris!

We had an amazing vacation in Playa Flamingo thanks to our lodging! The house is stocked with beach, kitchen, and bathroom amenities and very comfortable. We spent the last few days at the house and the beach to fully immerse ourselves in the experience and it was so peaceful and felt like an actual VACATION! We were checked out!! Every time I needed some guidance Chris was quick to respond. We will be back, thank you for making our family vacation a memorable one.

It was a great place for a family, Love the ocean view, accessible to restaurants, very walkable to flamingo Beach, just wonderful all the way around.

Chris's condo in Playa Flamingo was exactly as he described in the listing and more! The condo was beautiful and was right on the beach. There were chairs and water floats and boogie boards provided to use at the beach. The place was very clean and everything was in good working order. Chris was very responsive to all of my inquiries. There were lots of restaurants and a small grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The new marina is across the street. I am really happy we chose Chris's place. We will definitely stay there again!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Easy access to a beach and a great location. Great view from the terrace. They are doing construction, so the pool and hot tub were not available. Beach towels, etc were provided. I would visit again.

Fabulous stay. Condo was convenient with beautiful views. Laundry in unit was a major plus when traveling with two kids . Only thing not accurate is it’s more than 40 minutes to airport more like hour 20 Would definitely come back
