This place is incredible! Exactly as pictured.  The host is extremely attentive and responsive, had wonderful recommendations, helped us get settled with a golf cart, travel to/from Belize City. We felt right at home!  The house itself is amazing. Plenty of space for everyone and privacy when you want it.

This property was perfect for our group of 7.  The home is located in the far south of the island, away from a lot of tourist traffic.  Esther was extremely helpful.  She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can.  We are so thankful for her!

We stayed 3 nights of an 8-night reservation and ultimately decided to leave early. The property itself was clean, matched the photos, and communication with Ester (host) was good. The location required traveling a long, rough road to reach most restaurants and activities, which significantly impacted our experience. During our stay, there was significant sargassum, heavy mosquito activity, and limited opportunities to enjoy the water near the property. To be fair, the host did offer us two alternative places to stay, but we were informed of those options after we had already changed our flights. We had specifically booked a house and were not interested in staying in a condo. We appreciated Ester’s efforts and hospitality. We understand some of these conditions are seasonal and outside the host’s control, but future guests may want to research them before booking. Overall, the property was as advertised, but the location and environmental conditions were not the right fit for us.

We had a wonderful time in San Pedro. The house and pool area were beautiful and very well taken care of. The BEST thing about Pristine Cove though was Ester. She was amazing. She sent recommendations and instructions before we traveled and help us set everything up that we needed from golf carts waiting for us when we got to the house to shuttles to and from the airport. We even decided we wanted to go snorkeling one day and within an hour she had a boat picking us up at the dock to take us. She went above and beyond for us! The only downside with the house was that the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable.

Pelican Reef is a beautiful, well-appointed home and a great fit for multiple couples or a family. A few important notes for future guests: there is no interior access to the second floor, and while the property is on the water and on sand, it is not a swimmable or usable beach. You cannot swim, wade, fish, or launch kayaks from the property, which was different from what we expected. The location is quiet and removed, which can be a plus, but it is farther from town than it appears and not walkable, so having a golf cart or transportation is essential. Overall, we enjoyed the home, but do be prepared for these limitations.

We had a wonderful stay! Ester was a top-notch host and concierge, helping us with anything we needed. The location is beautiful and quiet, about a 30 min golf cart ride from town, but there are some nice restaurants a lot closer. We did lots of fishing, snorkeling and diving and came home to relax by our private pool. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfy. The pool was great and loved the hammock on the balcony. The kayaks were great for checking out the water. Apparently a lot of places in San Pedro don’t have good beach entries so they were really useful. They get a lot of mosquitoes in this area but the groundskeeper sprays every day to keep them down. The house was also well stocked. It’s a little far from town but we liked the peacefulness. The management was prompt to help if we needed anything.

Absolutely amazing place to relax! Host is very responsive and ensures the stay is worth every penny!! We enjoyed every moment of swimming in the pool to sunset pictures. Highly recommend the property!

Enjoyed the stay and beautiful weather, easy for excursions to pick up and Ester helped us with everything we needed,,,, very enjoyable trip !

Very nice place. Not really walkable to eat and do other activities so you will need a golf cart. It was fine for me as I rather drive into the action and go home to peace. Hired a cook for the week… Marcelicoy… they were great and great food. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! Location was fabulous if you like peace but want to venture into town. Concierge service is outstanding! It really made the trip!!!

The house was lovely, the pools and the view heavenly. The management team took care of every detail and we’re super responsive. The only thing that was a bummer was the island’s 9 pm Covid restriction-related curfew that made dinner feel like a bit of a rush. An extra hour would have made all the difference and no one’s safety would have been compromised.

The house was beautiful and the location was quiet, safe, and clean. Cindy communicated with us daily. Belize is safe and the people are incredible!
