El apartamento está en una zona única. Muy cerca de la marina y de las playas. A la vuelta hay un Soriana 24 hrs y un Costco. Mario, siempre nos respondió muy rápido con nuestras dudas. El apartamento tiene todo y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Sin duda regresaremos.

Bennie's place was great for our group of 5. Everyone had their own space (including bathrooms). It was easily walkable to the grocery store and even Costco if needed. There were several great places to eat in walking distance too. Beaches were an easy $10 Uber ride away, the staff and locals were friendly. Our kids used the pools every day. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Cabo area!

Just returned from a great vacation in Cabo. Bennie is responsive and replies quickly, making the rental process easy. We were even fortunate enough to get into our unit earlier than indicated. The unit itself was large, nicely decorated and meticulous. It is on the 2nd floor. There was a bit of road traffic and construction, however the amazing views from the large balcony made up for that. We enjoyed watching the whales jump, and all the activity on the water every day. We could also see fireworks at night. We used Uber to get around and had no issues as the complex is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. In addition, a 24 hr Soriano and Costco are a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend to others.

10/10 experience here. It was even more beautiful than portrayed in the pictures, very clean, close to grocery and a few good restaurants, and we couldn’t get enough of the view.

Departamento muy cómodo, cerca de la autopista que lleva a todas las playas y con una hermosa vista al mar. Muy lindo y cómodo balcón . El complejo tiene 2 piscinas fantásticas…. También muy cómodo para dejar el autos. Aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Muy bien equipado, aunque necesita alguna renovación menor en una de las habitaciones. Lo súper recomiendo para una estadía en familia. Hay un Soriana ) supermercado) y un Costco a 2 minutos en auto.

This is my third year staying at Bennie’s place, and every time it truly feels like Cabos is my second home. Mario and David are incredibly responsible — they always solve any problem right away. The security team is great too, so I always feel very safe here. The apartment is huge, modern, and beautifully furnished. The sofa is super comfortable, and I’m absolutely in love with the ocean view facing The Arch. Every morning I can even see whales blowing water from the balcony! There’s a delicious restaurant right downstairs, and two supermarkets nearby — Costco and a 24-hour Soriana — so the location is extremely convenient. It’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown as well. The building also has two lovely pools. I’ll definitely be coming back again next year!
