The Space
Casa Gostosa is a modern two-story villa fully equipped with a private pool, located atop the hills with breathtaking views and sunsets. The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom includes a custom king-size bed, direct access to the pool and terrace, and offers a 180-degree view of the jungle with glimpses of the ocean. It also has large glass patio doors and vaulted ceilings framed by windows.
The second bedroom has a custom king-size bed, an ensuite balcony, and expansive glass doors and windows that provide a 180-degree jungle view.
The third bedroom contains two custom single beds, an ensuite balcony overlooking the jungle, and a bathroom with a tub.
The villa accommodates up to six guests. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and fans. Positioned on the hilltop, the villa benefits from a pleasant breeze throughout.
Constructed from concrete, teak wood, metal, and glass, one of the villa’s distinctive features is the abundance of windows, allowing natural light to flood the interior all day. At sunset, the light glows pink, creating a stunning atmosphere.
Relax on the large terrace or by the edge of the spectacular pool while enjoying the views and a cocktail. This property offers a unique experience in Samara.

We loved staying at the house! It was spacious and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. Johanna was very responsive and helpful with any house quirks and arranging excursions.

We had a great stay at Marion’s property. The home is set up in the hills with wide views over the jungle and out toward the ocean, and it feels very private while still being a short drive into Samara. The house was clean, well set up, and very comfortable for our family of four. The pool and deck ended up being where we spent most of our time, especially in the mornings and evenings. Watching the sunset from the deck each night was a highlight. The last stretch of the drive is on dirt roads. We were glad to have a 4WD vehicle, though it’s a short distance and manageable. Johannah was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She gave clear directions, checked in when needed, and made everything easy from arrival through checkout. Overall, this is a good option if you want a quiet place close to Samara with space indoors and outdoors to relax. We’d stay here again.

The best part about this place is the unmatched incredible view! We also like that the swimming pool was very large! The host was very easy to communicate with and that was helpful! Samara is a great place to visit!! The beaches are great and not too crowded! We felt completely safe, and there is no fear of crime. Wherever you do go, you have to be careful with creatures that get inside and in the lower level, we had a larger scorpion on steps and the next day we found a juvenile scorpion, both of them my husband bravely captured and threw outdoors. We understood because to find creatures in house is pretty normal, but be advised to watch, especially in lower level. Other things that we liked about the house is that it had excellent appliances and it had many special little things to welcome us like some snacks and a pineapple and also wine and beer! The attention to detail was really special! We enjoyed are stay! Thank you!

We loved our time at this property. It was comfortable, clean and very peaceful. The views from the deck were incredible. Johannah was very quick to respond super helpful prior and during our stay. We will definitely be back to Samara and would definitely stay at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marion's place. It was clean, comfortable and all 6 of us felt right at home. The beds are so comfy and the air conditioners in each bedroom was much appreciated! The pool was our favorite part of the beginning and end of every day. Johannaha was quick to respond with any questions or requests and was always lovely. We loved our time in Costa Rica and this air bnb only made it more special. Thanks again, we'll be back!!!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein wirklich sehr grosses und privates Haus! Über zwei Etagen verteilen sich 3 Schalfzimmer, wovon eines als Kinderzimmer eingerichtet ist. Der Aussenbereich mit grosser Terasse und Pool ist sehr grosszügig und einladend. Man hat wiklich einen super Blick über den Dschungel und auch teilweise auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terasse den Sternenhimmel zu beobachten. Das Haus war sauber, aber man merkt, dass es schon gut bewohnt wurde. Die Küchenutensilien könnten eine Erneuerung bebrauchen. Ansonten haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt und auch die Kommunikation mit Marion war einwandfrei.

In all my AirBnB stays all over the world, I’ve never met a more responsive host than Johannah. She even offered to meet us at the road to find the home when we first arrived. She went out of her way to help me with any and all questions I had and even came over one night when needed. I’d give her all the stars for being so attentive and looking after us. The house is gorgeous, surroundings are spectacular and the pool so refreshing. House was well equipped and very peaceful. We loved hearing the howler monkeys, seeing geckos and we even named the wild iguana Eddy. Wonderful stay!!

Cette villa est exceptionnelle . On est ailleurs, la vue est à couper le souffle . Les couches soleil sont splendide . L’espace patio est vraiment parfaite , et les quelques truc de gym ont fait le plaisir de mon gars . Très belle piscine , cuisine équipée, mais il manquerait une hotte de de four . Seule bémol serait les draps et oreiller , ce n’est pas à la hauteur du reste ; ainsi que les chaises de patio . Pas de chaise longue mais le fauteuil est très cool pour relaxer à l’ombre . Endroit très sécuritaire , tranquille , immense pièce .

An amazing retreat in the jungle canopy. Easy to get to Samara and local beach towns. Very private and serene surroundings with an incredible view. We can’t wait to go back!
