The concept of our Villa is to offer you and your guests large indoor and outdoor common gathering living spaces, as well as intimate and quiet areas as the villa is built on two separate wings. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, a large pool, 2 separate kitchens, a large high-end BBQ, a beautiful outdoor living area which overlooks the pool and the garden filled with local plantations, as well as an exercise area with weights and mats. The space Villa Flamenco was built in 2020 with multifunctional spaces and a unique two-wing concept. Its separate wings offer a master suite that opens with sliding doors onto an in-ground pool and beautiful garden at one end; and two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom upstairs that overlook a beautiful outdoor living space and an exercise area for a boost of endorphins, endocannabinoids and dopamine. The rooms are equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a comfortable mattress, natural linens, open-air closets, local artwork, HD flat-screen TVs, etc. At sunrise in the morning, sunlight caresses your body, calling you to enjoy an aromatic Costa Rican coffee accompanied by a homemade gourmet brunch in our Parisian bistro-style breakfast area next to the pool. After a satisfying brunch, you can go to the nearby beach, Playa Grande, which is two minutes from the villa, to enjoy the sun, surf, picnic, watch the sunset…. When you return to Villa Flamenco, don't forget to rinse off the sand and dirt in our outdoor shower located next to the pool. To prepare for a barbecue experience with local flavors, we suggest visiting Carnes San Martin Pacific, a local butcher about 15 minutes from Villa Flamenco. It offers excellent cuts and a variety of meats, freshly slaughtered and vacuum sealed for your convenience and safety. You can grill and enjoy all your favorite meats and vegetables with our premium professional gas barbecue. Under the retractable awning, you can organize an outdoor culinary experience to share with family and friends. Then at night, under a sparkling starry sky, you can relax by crashing into the comfortable sectional while having a small gathering in the outdoor living space; or pour yourself a pint of draft beer from a local microbrewery. If you would like to order your own keg of beer during your stay with us, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can place an order and have it delivered to Villa Flamenco. There are so many places to visit, so many outdoor activities to do, so many good restaurants to discover and so many local specialty shops to explore… Guest access You will have access to the entire private villa, including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 outdoor shower, 2 kitchens, 1 bar and lounge, 1 in-ground pool, 1 exercise area, 1 outdoor living area, 2 outdoor dining areas, a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink, and a driveway that allows two vehicles to park for added convenience. Other things to note We have installed a keg beer dispenser in our Flamenco bar. If you're a microbrewery fan and want to try local beer, this is your chance to experience pouring a pint of fresh beer during your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can place a special order for you and have it delivered just before your arrival.

## The Space

Welcome to Villa Flamenco! Designed to provide both spacious communal areas and quiet, private retreats, this villa features a unique two-wing layout. It includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and a large in-ground pool.

The villa offers:

Built in 2020, Villa Flamenco’s separate wings create distinct living zones. One wing houses the master suite with sliding doors opening directly to the pool and garden. The other wing contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, overlooking the outdoor living area and exercise space.

## Location and Nearby Attractions

Start your mornings with the gentle sunlight and enjoy aromatic Costa Rican coffee alongside a homemade gourmet brunch in the Parisian bistro-style breakfast area by the pool.

Just two minutes away is Playa Grande beach, perfect for sunbathing, surfing, picnicking, or watching the sunset. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower next to the pool.

## Dining and Entertainment

For a flavorful barbecue experience, visit Carnes San Martin Pacific, a local butcher about 15 minutes from the villa. They offer excellent cuts of meat, freshly prepared and vacuum-sealed for convenience and safety.

Enjoy grilling your favorite meats and vegetables on the premium professional gas barbecue. The retractable awning creates a perfect setting for outdoor dining with family and friends.

In the evening, relax under a starry sky in the comfortable outdoor sectional lounge. You can also pour yourself a pint of draft beer from a local microbrewery using the villa’s keg beer dispenser. If you wish to have a keg delivered during your stay, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange it.
